Saheel Shah Posted April 17, 2009 at 02:36 AM Posted April 17, 2009 at 02:36 AM in my opinion i think it is her most recent Taking Chances. Although Fallin Into You and Let's Talk About Love were the biggest selling. I felt Taking Chances was more emotional and personal to Celine than any of her previous work. Also the songs are really all amazing. This Time does not relate to Celine but i think her voice really pulled the pain and suffering of an abused woman. My fae and all time fave is Fade Away cuz the song is so sexy and powerful yet it shows Celines incredible vocal range and talent so well. What's your album??? Quote Saheel Shah

Miha Posted April 17, 2009 at 07:36 PM Posted April 17, 2009 at 07:36 PM It's hard to say for the french ones, but I'd say D'eux (SISDA & 1F&4T are masterpieces also...well in general all the french albums are produced magnificent, we know who's guilty is this JJG:) )For the english ones I choose LTAL - I think this album was the peak of her discography (it has nothing to do with the Titanic boom)FITY is in the same league as LTAL, TCOML - only half of it is produced on the level of previous twoAnd finally ANDHC not just because it was released after a break and long awaited Celine's return but indeed it has a FRESH sound and production. Black Kitten Posted April 18, 2009 at 01:13 AM Posted April 18, 2009 at 01:13 AM there is a reason why Falling into You became her biggest selling album (and the 2nd biggest selling female album in history). the overall production. great lyrics. the out of this world vocals. the stunning photos. everything about the album is pure perfection. also the brilliantly produced S'il Suffisait D'aimer. the_hero_ricky Posted April 18, 2009 at 01:51 AM Posted April 18, 2009 at 01:51 AM I think The Colour Of My Love have the best sound quality and look at the printing on the CD,you will feel that the producers really put their effort. Quote

Because you feel that the sound, the arrangements and the vocals fit all them in a very good harmony, for example, and as result you like an album a lot and you enjoy it more than others Judging the lyrics side, it depends on each person. A great album doesn't have necessarily great lyrics. They can be stupid or meaningless words, but the song still be amazing because of the sound, arrangements and the voice of the artist. Well, that's MHO, just my 2 cents! Quote "Hush, now... I see a light in the sky"
Timster Posted April 18, 2009 at 09:07 AM Posted April 18, 2009 at 09:07 AM I really like D'elles, I think the idea of all-women writers was very good, and the songs are amazing, my favourite being Le temps qui compte. I also think Taking Chances was well produced, again amazing songs and fab vocals which we wouldn't normally hear from Celine. I can't choose a favourite!! Quote
