I got a package today... which was supposed to be the pre-order ICBITMH, and what I got was the PACKAGE itself. Ripped open... nothing inside!

 

well i ordered 11

1 for myself

and 10 were for those lucky overseas forumers who replyed in my thread a little while back

 

and today i recieved 22 CD's

Yeah, I know!! They MAJORLY messed up with her previous single (You Will Only Break My Heart) too. Hundreds of people ordered-and paid for- CDs that never came. And when we called to complain, they said there was "nothing they could do about it". So I'm not ordering anything from them anymore! They SUCK.

 

They also messed around Jess Simpson and her career, they forced her to record things she didn't want to record, then did absolutely NO promotion (hence the main reason she did Newlyweds...she had to promote her CD somehow and reality Tv seemed like the thing to do at the time...)

 

So it is definitely not just Celine!!

I've order through the Sony Music online shops many times and have always received great and quick service. Maybe I'm just lucky

And it's exactly that BMG wants to quit Sony, as far as I know Sony just bought BMG parts in company

The Delta CDs weren't ordered through the online sony store. It was a special promotion where you text messaged your name and address to a number, the charge appears on your phone bill, and they send you a text message- so you know they definitely recieved the order! Only they were supposed to actually send the CDs and they didn't. They said "oh...maybe it got lost in the post." Yeah, hundreds of them? I think not.

When I ordered Barbra Streisand's "Guilty Pleasures" from the Sony Music store in 2005 I had a surprise, too.

I bought it because it came with a bonus CD single. I got the CD single one day, with no album. And then the next day I got a Tori Amos CD instead. Better known as Torn Anus (from my anger when calling the Sony Music Store that day!)
