lol..Poor Madonna..she has had a history of saying that she hates stuff, only later having to eat her words because her record company tells her to do things..I think at her age, she should no better than to talk tripe to the press.

Its one thing to perform one show in Las Vegas and quite another to have to move there and live there for 4 years. She has every right to say she doesn't like Vegas but still be scheduled to perform there. I hate Las Vegas and I've been there 4 times in the last 3 years just because of Celine.

 

Its stuff like this that makes me feel bad for celebrities. Everything you do or say is recorded and people just can't wait to throw it back in your face.

Many people despise Vegas. My brother can't stand anything the 'land of trash' stands for. Which makes me think that Madonna would be perfect for the city, but hey, maybe she doesn't like to compete with all the other younger women wearing no pants.

I so agree! She isnt dissing celine here she is dissing vegas which is fine to do! She has an opioion about something then let her say it!

 

Well, there are more polite ways to answer that.

I bet if Madonna had a Vegas show and Celine was asked this same question, she would have explained that she couldn't picture herself living in Las Vegas, or that she prefered another city or whatever, not just "It's insane"

I think Rene ended up asking her to just record the demo and she finally agreed and then liked it. But had she been interviewed inbetween those times it would have been the same situation.

 

Besides, I don't know how much Madonna is involved with venues for her show. She probably just says she wants to do North America and Europe and then her tour organizers pick the cities.

Celine said she hate the demo James Hornor sang to her. She felt much better after watched the movie, and agreed to sing a demo. Seems she just hate James Hornor's voice in it.
