Looks like you are correct about that but they are Apple iPod headphones(plugged into one ear). So she must have an ipod cause you can't buy the headphones separate.

maybe they'll release it as the single from the upcoming album after all - knowing she is performing at the oscars and all

I'm talking about the French song. She goes into the studio, lays down the vocals and then the producers mix it. She doesn't know what version ends up on the album. This is standard stuff. The artist always gets a version of the song before the video shoot so they can rehearse lipping it for the video.
