French singles in UK?

hi everyone

 

i live in scotland and for some reason all we get here in celines albums not many singles are relesed in the uk much these days and im hopeing that some one can help me on valentines day 2007 celine releses her new french single in frence and selected areas of euope tho its not clear if we in the uk will have it in out music stores and im hopeing that someone can help me to get a copy.

 

 

please help im so angry at sony music uk.

Hi Lee from Scotland! I went to Uni at St. Andrews- miss it v much. Anyhow- the french single is due only to be released to French radio on Valentines day- we've had no info on when and where the sinlgle will be physically released to stores...the album isn't out until May so we'll hear summit before then I'm sure.

 

P.S her singles usually do get released here- OH and IDAN were released as a double a-side.

Hey as a fellow Uk Celine Maniac.... i totally agree with you about celine hardly doing anything for us. I mean you and i was rather a good song and never got promoted here or released! along with IDAN it was released here but never promoted. instead they promoted OH as a single the PRATS! Im Hoping that they do alittle something with the new french album....but ill be going to every length to get as much if not everything from this new release..........wahey....for amazon and ebay hahahahahha

all the singles you have mentioned i have and IDAN i have in 7 different formats and HYEBIL i have in three different formats. you have to look......And i suggest EBAY!

Alex, I think I just bought the very last HYEBIL single online... from Ebay. Even EIL/Esprit does not carry it.

u should not be angry at sony cause it's not their fault .

the fans in the u.k. just like the fans in other countries should request the song and should prove that there is a huge demand for it...otherwise why would they release it?

The best way to find the singles is to import them online. That is what I did to get some of her French albums and any other that were released in other countries.

oooookay TLDH was a HUGE flop... (#77 for one week)... but then again I think the song itself just wasn't good enough...

 

SNRQ has better chaces I believe.... My best friend hates Celine in general... but he admits he loves SNRQ!

as i said in a previous post i hate that the uk fans have to scour the internet to find our celine products hardly any celine products are relesed in the uk much these days and what little there is isnt being promoted.

Seriously, I haven't got a chance to see any singles from Celine here in UK! I'm from Birmingham and I can't really find any from music stores. Probably they sell it in London.
