I just finished planning a trip to Las Vegas in March. I've gone several times before.....but it's always SO exciting. Anyway, I'm in row CC--which is very nice, although I've been closer. It's still SOOO close to Celine.

 

I'm just wondering if any of you get excited about your seating arrangements? Will anyone else be going March 14? And have any of you ever gotten in row AA?

 

I'm taking my best friend and I can't wait!

 

Oh, and I hope ALL of you who are going to see Celine for the taping have a FANTASTIC time. I planned on going, but school conflicts.

I'm always soooo excited too! I was there in August with very good friends, and we bought the tickets at the very last minute... We were hoping to get first row... and he did! It was SO exciting when we got the tickets.

How did he do that? Get front row seats? It's something no one seems to want to share with anybody....

I agree that it's always exciting ordering the tickets and going to the show. The last time I went I got row BB Orchestra in section four which is just about the center of the aisle.

 

I'm not sure if there are any secrets to trying to get the front row AA tickets that we all want. I'm pretty sure that they hold the AA tickets for special guests or contest winners, etc. and that's why they never seem to come up when you order through ticketmaster BUT I believe that since they don't always sell those tickets that if any are available they sell them at the Colosseum box office either the day of the show or most likely the night of the show. If you try to get them at the box office earlier they probably will tell you they don't have any available, but the people that go at the last minute seem to sometimes get those tickets.

I tried that too, getting them at the box office like 40 minutes before the show....I wasn't lucky, the shows were sold out

That is the best way to do it. It worked out for me but that doesn't mean it will always work that way.And I believe that is the only opportunity of ever getting AA tickets.

 

But AA isn't as great as you think. Don't get me wrong, they were terrific but I actually prefer BB center. AA for some points in the show is too close.

The first time I bought Celine tickets was AMAZING... I never thought I would see her! It was May 2004, row CC. However, I later got an e-mail saying that the concert was cancelled. I was so devastated. I went to Las Vegas anyway, hoping that concerts for the REST of the week were still on. Just in case they were, I bought a ticket for a later show, row GG. Upset about not being as close as I was initially supposed to be, I called the Box Office daily, trying to get a ticket for the following day's show. Everything was always so far away. The night before my first concert, however, I called and there was ONE ticket available in row AA! I bought it immediately (even though I was so poor).

 

Both concerts went on as scheduled. I was in Vegas with a friend of mine and her mom... who is a big-wig of some company that was part of the CA Convention in town. She knew that I was a huge fan, and she told me that she would "make some calls" and try to get Celine to do something special for me. Yeah right, I thought. I never believed her. On the night when I had row AA... Celine gave me the rose! I was sitting VERY far off to the left of the stage (see), where she usually doesn't do this, so I hear. I was hoping I would get it, but thought I had no chance. As they were all taking their bows onstage, I saw two of the security guards up front look at each other, and the one right next to me whispered, "It's going here" and nodded toward me. Sure enough!

 

Wow, this post is getting long.

 

I got row BB last May, and the feeling was amazing yet again!

 

On February 1st I'm getting my ticket for the final show... and I can't wait!!!

Oh god I`m so nervous to get tickets today!!! I`m not getting tickets for december so maybe I`ll have a better chance of getting BB seats... I would love to try for AA seats...but its doubtful..

I think 405 is closer to the middle. I sat in that section/row last time and I was in 408 which is almost dead center. You will really love those seats.

I'm glad you were refunded! I'm praying I will be too. With all the ticket orders for August and December, I don't feel like paying for two extra tickets...

 

In all that hassle I ended up with two different sets of tickets for the Aug 25 show. When I first bought two tickets, I never got a confirmation for them. Therefore I thought the order had not gone through and some time later purchased another set of two tickets. The next morning I noticed the first order had also gone through as my credit card had been charged and the order was then displayed on my ticketmaster as well. I still haven't received a confirmation e-mail, though. I e-mailed TM early yesterday morning but haven't heard anything from them yet. Since the first order did go through, the second order shouldn't have as by that time I had reached my ticket limit of 8. I guess TM couldn't keep up with the orders!

I'm saving up some money to see Celine in Vegas, but I have no idea how much the tickets cost. I am try to at least save enough to sit as close as posible to Celine. I'm planing to go to Vegas in October this year. Can someone help me out with this info?

Anytime that's not November or December of this year, one general public front orchestra seat (with taxes) is around $258.

I got it sorted out so I'm very happy about that! Buuut, it doesn't mean you shouldn't come with me in August! So maybe I need to wish you lots of luck for the draw (held in Finland) to win the trip to Vegas to see Céline!! Oh and no worries, you weren't distracting me, it was rather funny in fact, and if something distracted me it was the difficulty of getting tickets for the 14th! I guess we'll have even more stressful moments on the phone on the 15th!
