Hi,

I'm new here. I just saw A New Day in Las Vegas last Wednesday. I'm a big fan of Celine now, and I'm hoping to take my parents to Vegas in the summer. My mom loves Celine, and I'll get to see the show again!

I wasn't much of a Celine fan before the show. I certainly appreciated that she is a very, very good singer, but the songs didn't do much for me. My fiance, however, is a very big fan. He wanted to go to the show. Obviously, since I'm here, I really enjoyed it.

I thought her voice was amazing, somehow much better than the recordings, even though her voice does sound great on the recordings. It must have been the energy she brought to the live show or something (I assume that the show wasn't lip-synced - if it was, I couldn't tell). I thought she did a great job entertaining and interacting with her audience. And, I think the songs are starting to grow on me.

Anyway, I lurked for a few days and I've posted a few times. This seems like a great community, with lots of nice people!
