That was kinda depressing. This is the kind of interviews I will never watch unless Céline is in it.

 

I wish the best to this guy, I hope he keeps fighting on. Céline had the best words, you can really see she has been very close to this whole cancer thing. She is really a sweet heart.

 

And René did lose a few pounds.

Can you give us more details about this interview? The guy "Georges Thurston" has cancer? And his wife is supporting him? Is that why Celine sang BYLM to them?

Georges Thurston is affected from cancer. Céline was his opening act when she was young. He wanted to meet her again, and Star Systeme staff helped him to make this wish come true.

Awwwww that's so sad. Nothing unexpected, he knew it was coming. But he had the guts to fight it and when the fight was lost he had the guts to move on with his life and try to enjoy it the most he could while he still had time. I hope he now finally rests in peace. My heart goes especially for his wife.
