if teamceline can give fans some new songs clips link(30's) to listen.

then choose new songs for next album from fan's poll.

i think it's much good!

maybe not all songs from the poll,

but give us(or just for teamceline members) chance to participate.

It will never happen. Sometimes I think we ask for too much, we want to have a say in all the songs and all the producers and all the management, and all the singles...etc. I think we should just trust in the powers in charge and let them do their jobs...and if we don't like it then we just don't like it.

 

I'm sure we'd all like to participate in every stage of the process, but we simply can't and I wouldn't want to. I like to be surprised and take CDs as gifts. I don't want to be in it too much...somehow I think it would take away from the magic of it all.

I don't think that would be a good idea...people would only pick big ballad songs and suchs... all she needs is good producers and JJ to help her write her own songs!

i think i lose the trust for Celine's music since One Heart.

after thinking for awhile,i think it's really a greedy idea.

the idea is from LeAnn Rimes' fans in Taiwan.

they choose the songs for her collector realeased in Taiwan.

but it's not fit for Celine.

Aw, Dansons, it wasn't stupid. It's actually a rather good idea for a Collector's CD...then the fans can choose their favourite songs they already know and give the label a good indication of what songs really are popular and which aren't. But for a new CD with new songs, I think fans should open up the CD and hear it for the first time without knowing what's on it.

 

Oh, and I think a lot of people lost a little trust in Celine's music after One Heart. (Although I really like the album and know many others do too.)

 

But there's still hope yet for those fans who did.

I think it's great celine does what she wants we can't ask for more then Celine to be happy in her music...

And I think her happiness reflects in the lighter music then ever before...

 

I think we should at least can make a choise about the new single... Why don't they let us hear 5 songs from her new album and let us choose the single?

Definately no. It would take away the artist's identidy. It would be your album not her album. I believe you have to love a song to give a good performance and it won't work for you if others choose the whole thing for you.

Of course it would be a wonderful idea - at least better than being a corrupt pseudo singer that will record anything if you give her manager $ 10 million and believe it will help car sales. The same goes for letting a project conciously tank by releasing a radio jingle for a bankrupt airline agency.

 

I for one see a LOT more sense in Dansons' post than in ANY recent commercial driven decisions by Rene & co.

okay... though I like the idea. And just if they will give us only 2 songs to choose from or let us choose the second single! I think that will show Celine what we like and dislike and also what we think could do well. that's my opinion!

yeah true! I like one heart, it's different kind of music but still nice!

it's boring to always hear the same kind of music and i think that one hesrt was a fresh breath

for singles, yes but I wouldn't want fans to pick out songs for an album. this would take away the "suspense" of listening to the songs for the first time.
