For example, paticipants may use 2 pics in the siggy and 2 in the avatar. (This also applies to the optional wallpaper as well). 2: It'll help participants to be more original. Seeing other people's work can sometimes distract a designer from what THEY can do. 3. After all entries are in, a poll will be held. Hope this clears things up. If you have any suggestions, or changes you feel necessary, feel free to make 'em.
