Posted April 23, 2006 at 01:04 AM Posted April 23, 2006 at 01:04 AM im so mad at myself now for what i voted for: LOVE CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS... i had originally intended on citing DECLARATION OF LOVE, as i generally LOATHE THIS SONG, yet i was hoping, at the same time, that by voting LCMM, somehow, in some way, everyone else here would have followed suit, so to speak, and maybe, just maybe, that song would be scrapped from A NEW DAY... as much as i do genuinely love her, i will say that she has this habit of throwing on some purely nasty song(s) on each of her albums (even the FRENCH ones!)... not trying to be negative or anything, just stating my case... - A New Day... Don't get me wrong, I still like the song, but it's the one I'm most sick of and prone to skip when listening to the CD. I know it was one of her most popular songs but it still bugs me whenever I mention her name to my friends or to someone in conversation and they automatically start singing (or mocking in most cases) MHWGO. For example, I was at work the other night. I have a little case with "celinedion.com" on the front that I use to carry make-up, etc. with me and a close friend of mine made the point of going into the kitchen area and serenading us with the song, rather dramatically. It was rather funny but that makes my point! Makes me cringe. Quote
