I know both Celine and Lara sang the same songs, such as "Calling You" and "Le Blues Du Businessman"...my question is who were this songs written for, and who originally recorded them? Also, are there any other songs that Celine and Lara have sang that are the same?

They both had sung some other songs from the French musical Starmania. And Lara Fabian had sung PQTME in her concert.

Firstly - Anyone can sing songs from Starmania, they weren't written for anyone in particular (least of all Céline or Lara), so you can't really imply that one 'copied' the other.

 

As for Lara singing Céline, I don't think it's a reason to dislike Lara (not that anyone in this thread has implied this, but I speak generally) I think we should all be proud that an artist as well known as Lara would sing Céline it just proves that Céline is the best french chanteuse ever!
