Some highlights:

-Since 2002 Olivier Delcol is the personal chef-cook from celine.

-He opened a restaurant in Québec because the girl he met was from there

-Celine Dion dicovered him as she came to dinner there

-Celine Dion is a very simple and "from the heart" woman who comes down to the kichten to talk to him

- Celine dion doesn't like Blue mussels...

(Belga) De 39-jarige Belg Olivier Delcol, die een diploma haalde aan de hotelschool van Libramont, is sinds 2002 de persoonlijke kok van Céline Dion.

 

De man, afkomstig uit Dinant, ontmoette in Namen een meisje uit Québec met wie hij later trouwde. Hij werd vervolgens ontdekt door Céline Dion in het restaurant dat hij opende in Québec. Volgens de Belgische kok is Dion een erg eenvoudige en hartelijke vrouw die vaak een praatje komt slaan in de keuken. Wat haar culinaire smaak betreft, blijkt dat de zangeres absoluut geen mosselen lust. (lim)

I rarely eat food that has been prepared by someone else since I need to know exactly what's in it and how it's done. That's just my quirk I guess.

I remember reading that he was Donald Trump's chef. Céline hired him after he was fired when she was living in Belgium preparing for LV.

 

If I could afford one, it would be great to have personal chef. Eat healthy and sample different types of food- sounds good to me
