Fanny! Posted April 10, 2005 at 09:26 AM Posted April 10, 2005 at 09:26 AM YEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS you bet it was great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We visited many museums, a jail and a library... This was AMAZING we went shopping a LOT too, man the shops called "Penney's" are so cool !!!!!!!! SO CHEAP ! My friend and I were in a very nice family of 4 children, that was funny when they talked to us, they have such a weird accent ! The people in Ireland are so nice. When they see that you're kinda... LOST they immediately ask if you need help, not like in France Anyway, here's a short review of what we've done there : - Tuesday, we arrived in Dublin at 2pm, and then we went to Christ Church, that was funny. Our teachers let us visit alone, we didn't have to follow them all the time you know, so that was cool. - Wednesday, we visited the James Joyce Museum which wasn't so good, a bit boring actually we also visited the National Museum, and Kilmainham Jail. THAT was amazing and creepy. When you enter this jail, you think of all the people that used to be there... Weird feeling. - Thursday, we visited Trinity College and Library and Book of Kells. SO NICE TOO !!! The library was so HUGE !! On the afternoon we went to the Old Jameson Distillery where we drank some whiskey , and finally we went shopping a little. - Friday, we went to the Dublin Writers Museum, which was... nice. And then our teachers told us that we could go shoping all afternoon long So from 1pm to 5pm we visited the shops But at the end of the day, we just couldn't walk anymore ! - Saturday, up at 6am, we went to the airport, took the plane at 11 and arrived in France around 1pm. Then we came back home by car. GREAT trip, I think it's the best one among the 3 I've done (The Wales, Scotland and Dublin). I'm going to post some pics if you like And in my mind...
