onlymist Posted December 28, 2005 at 07:49 PM Posted December 28, 2005 at 07:49 PM Going to a dietician is a good idea. Experimenting with diets isn't always good. Most of the time you'll gain weight after you stopped dieting and you'll weigh more than before. Water, fruits and vegetables are the best. Also eating regulary is good and exercising of course. It's best that you'll have a diet, that is made especially for you. Quote

1Celine12 Posted December 28, 2005 at 11:26 PM Posted December 28, 2005 at 11:26 PM Dear angel christ, There is this excersice that I am doing that I think you would enjoy. I just started it this week and am having fun doing it. The excersice is called Tae Bo, and it helps with every part of the body. I LOVE it. I think you will too if you give it a try. It's called Billy's Boot Camp. It's on dvd. It has the Basic Training dvd and the Ultimate Boot Camp dvd. Maybe that would work. Please let me know if this has been any help. Quote

Teodora Posted December 29, 2005 at 10:17 AM Posted December 29, 2005 at 10:17 AM she has been always thin. It's a question of luck heheHowever she practises yoga.I don't think yoga makes you lose weight, but maybe it helps if you eat the correct things. Umm..i imagin René eating pork and cakes all day lol<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Actually yoga does help lose weight if you do it the right way. I have a friend that's been a yoga instructor for 20 years.... Not to mention it helps relaxing and feeling good. I used to do a little yoga before my martial arts classes a few years back, and boy, did i have a nice figure back then . I'm not overweight, just a little bit fat, and i gained it all in the last year and a half. I tried this fall, for three months, eating healthy, not drinking any soda and exercising every single morning and i didn't lose an inch . And i used to be just like Celine, i was eating anything and lots of it and didn't gain at all.... So the only thing I can think of it's stress. Cause that's the only thing that changed in my life during this period, i started a really stressfull way of life. I guess some people get real thin from stress (like Celine or like my best friend) and some get fat, like me Quote
