"The Collector's Series - Volume One" To Be Discontinued

Can someone explain to me why The Collector's Series - Volume One is being permanently being discontinued? I heard it was because Americans didn't care for the Japanese version of "Be The Man," but I'm highly suspicious that isn't the case.

It's not my intention to be rude, but all these April Fool's jokes are just annoying to me. It doesn't matter whether it's about a DVD cover, a movie theme song, a CD being discontinued, or even something saying Celine is finally pregnant (which is the worst).... it's just bad enough as it is not knowing what is truth and what is a false rumor, and these "jokes" intentionally add to the latter of that.
