dj4celine Posted October 29, 2007 at 04:37 PM Posted October 29, 2007 at 04:37 PM not i knew i loved you???why not this time or can't fight the feeling? because they aren't release as singles before the last dates. Heck! I dont think they are gonna be released even as single Quote
bruno_oliveira Posted October 29, 2007 at 04:47 PM Posted October 29, 2007 at 04:47 PM it was released as a single...not hers but for ennio....it was the single from his cd.... you all know the premiere was at the oscars...maybe he will receive a grammy nomination for the song... lets wait.... Quote
Andrei Dion Posted October 29, 2007 at 05:15 PM Posted October 29, 2007 at 05:15 PM I think this is sth really important. The whole cd has not even been released yeat and she got 2 eligible songs. That's great. I hope the best to her, but I strongly doubt she will be in the 5 final nominées to try to win a Grammy. So lets cross our fingers!!! ps: I bet Aguilera, Beyoncé and Firgie are going to be among the final ones. So we still have 2 places to be filled....Let's hope, huh....... Thanks for the info. bluestar Posted October 29, 2007 at 05:52 PM Posted October 29, 2007 at 05:52 PM It would be wonderful to see Celine nominated again for Grammy.I don't think I Knew I Loved You is a good choise for it.Taking Chances is a nice and fresh song, but on the album there will be better tracks. We have just to wait and see what happen. It would be great if Taking Chances would win as the best album of the year. Celinenvegas Posted October 29, 2007 at 07:01 PM Posted October 29, 2007 at 07:01 PM I seriously doubt "I Knew I Loved You" would get a nomination, it's only been heard at the Oscars and most voters wouldn't even think of it. "Taking Chances" has a more realistic chance but I think it'll need a good push at radio to become more popular and more in the mind of Grammy voters. I think she'll have a better shot at nominations for the 2009 Grammys since the cd is being released so late in the year. Quote ~J O E Y~

Love, Posted October 30, 2007 at 06:39 AM Posted October 30, 2007 at 06:39 AM According to http://www.freefilehosting.org/public/46308/Pop.pdf I Knew I Loved You and Taking Chances are both eligible for consideration for Grammies 2008! Why did folks go off naming other songs from Celine? LOL Seb made it clear. "I Knew I Loved You" and "Taking Chances" are the ONLY TWO CELINE SONGS that are eligible for the 2008 Grammys in the Best Pop Vocal Performance category. However, it is up to the Academy to select the nominated songs. Quote
