"Taking Chances" CD single will be released at the end of October.

 

It will be out on October 26th in Europe and on October 24th in Japan.

 

The Japanese edition will include "To Love You More".

 

The European edition will be released in 2 formats: "Basic" and "Premium". The "Premium" edition will be a 2-disc set.

But, "To Love You More" as a b-side for the Japanese edition? :doh: I guess it would have been too difficult to display another one of Celine's more edgy tracks or uptempo songs, huh? :glare:

 

As for the European single, I'm very curious as to what the difference is between "basic" and "premium" Is "basic" the cardboard case, and "premium" the ones in the slimline jewel cases that have two different versions? Usually one having the video or a remix?

To love you more is a important track in Japan but it would be great if they add something more recent like...

Maybe the Premium edition will include the Taking Chances video on the second disc which could be a DVD bonus.

It happened ONLY in UK and ONLY for "One Heart"/"I Drove All Night". It's good this time they release a 2-CD set single in Europe, too. :flowers:

Yeah, it's great, I only hope they won't stop after the first single. I want at least 2 more proper singles after TC.

Well, you should learn to read properly! Amazon.de has found a new name for this CD set and it is NOT normal that they are releasing it in Germany as we haven't had such single from Céline here at all.

That was because it was a double A side which means two tracks being released at the same time.

 

In the UK nearly every single Celine released since Think Twice possibly further back came with CD1 and CD2. IACBTMN came as 3 with the dance singles. We rarely get anything in the uk with just 1 CD.

 

I have to say though the best was ABM because it had tracks from Live A Paris and a christmas message, most of the others were released with album tracks from previous albums

Yeah... That's okay. I think it's good to keep the old CD cover and use it for the single cover. As for the CD cover, the new one fits much better... Hope the European single contains two versions of Taking Chances - Radio Edit and the normal one - and two ones of À Cause... It'd be nice. :D

the old cover is nice & good they r using it but the album cover, i think will be the new one (the cropped picture)...

i hope they will add some remixes

That little picture down in the corner surely reffers to the album, however we can't tell for sure wheter it's the definitive album cover or not, as been said this may have been printed before the cover change...
