OMG! That's a freggin awesome list!!

 

I just have one TINY recommendation. This has nothing to do with the show, but it was a featured song on the live album. I was hopeing that they'de include the video for YAI. It's not major, but just something I was looking forward to on the DVD.

wow thats one huge list!! its going to be a $200 20 dvd box set!

 

imo i would leave out bullet #2....because with most concert dvd's, they film a few shows just to get the best audio and video. and i dunno...it just seems like a little overboard. like the different angles and the different audio mixes. im afraid if we put too much, it will scare them away. maybe we can order these features in some kind of hierarchy...like the stuff we have to have on top and some extra ideas at the end.

I think the addition of a bonus music video would be most welcome. Especially on BD. I don't know whether they would find place for it on DVD which doesn't have that much capacity anyhow. I really hope some people will listen up and deliver the best DVD/BD of Céline's career.

Wow that's an impressive list! I'd love to see the behind the scenes stuff, she's so fun and playful when not performing I'd love to see her just before she goes onstage, doing all the rituals etc.

I reordered the list by level of importance, also added the following:

 

- You and I" music video, with making of the video as a bonus!

- Footage of her every step of the way after the show is over until going into the limo. This provides the viewer with a "am there" experience.

- Vocal/sound check.

- 16:9 Widescreen aspect ratio

- Audio: Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS 7.1 surround.

- 100th show and 500th show after show party to memorable/special events.

- moved "High Resolution photo gallery, add high res shots of just the LED backgrounds used in the show. They'd make some nice widescreen wallpapers." to Blu-ray list.

- ...and some other minor stuff.

 

Anyone could come up with better words for the 3 levels of importance? Take a moment to look it over.

well the only big thing i really care is that they release the whole blonde hair one in different disc or seperate.

many of you said that u don't want mix of performance from the shooting of like 5 shows, but for me i don't mind at all cause they just take the best out of all 5 shows that they gonna film.. as long as the talking part is not mixed haha

Yes, but they don't decide what's going to be on the DVD..

Multi-angle, ability to select different angles. You could have one for the show itself, one for only Celine, etc. etc. Seat match feature...being able to select video and audio from the perspective of a number of potential "seats"

These should be obligatory: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portugese & Dutch. I have a few other music DVD's which includes all these subtitles..

Btw, I don't know if asking for 3 complete versions of the show is a good idea. All the SCF's are gonna jump down my throat but...if they do that, it will be obvious which songs she lips because they won't change. So I doubt they'll do that. I think we should remove it.

And I also think we should ask them to shoot and add a music video for Aint Gonna Look the Other Way since it was a missed opportunity and I'm feeling particularly greedy today.

I bet we'll definately get 2.. Perhaps a possible 3rd one could be opening night (the full show), but I doubt we're gonna get one with the long brown hair and the setlist we had before the last cuts [2004- May '06]..

And especially I realy really hope that they will promote it with a well organised worldwide campaign with ads on the most important tv channels and radio channels, ads in magazine....so all the sort of thing the other record companies do for their big seller!
