Avatar guidelines:

- avoid heavy animation
- must NOT be pornographic or offensive
- dimensions of 150 x 150 pixels maximum

Flash Banners should be 720x120 with a seam

Picture Guidelines:

Celine Dion related pictures only - You may only post Celine Dion pictures or any pictures related to Celine Dion and her family. If you post anything other than Celine Dion, your posts will be moved to the off topic sections.

Direct linking and use of tags - if you are "direct linking" (which means the picture will show up in your post), make sure you are NOT direct linking from other people's sites. Only direct links [URL] or [IMG] tags allowed.
