After letting this scammer know he sent a video I SHOWED HIM/HER I already had, I got this answer:

This scammer contacted me to asked me for 2 songs in lossless format. He said he saw this post of mine, where I expressed my interest on trading, in order to get/find really rare/hard to find audio or video I was missing.

The first email I got from his is this one:

It has the ARTV logo through it. "

He now changed his username to maicon coelho to "jane doe" (dumb... same email address...) and sent this message to me:

I answered this:

"No I didn't get your f&*!ing video from you but from something else YOU F&*!ING SCAMMER!!!!!
Brace yourself."

Then I came here and exposed what he did.
And exposed him on Sharemania, where he's registered too.

That's the whole story.

All the real emails are stored in my gmail address (along with dates, time, attached images, etc) if someone needs them.

I didn't expose this just because I was angry, but to prevent others from being scammed by these kinds of lurkers/leechers who are always playing tricks to get what they want, and usually have nothing on their own, but all "found" over the internet, through free download links, from people who kindly shares, or by f&*!ckng real fans/collectors like he did with me.

I'm sorry you've been through this, but good luck trying to get de admins to take some action against that user. This forum has been abandoned in some ways, and lately I've been seeing a lot of members harassing each other in some threads and nothing's usually done.

You're so right...
Sadly, most fans these days are casual lurkers/leechers/haters. And hardcore fans seem to be more interested on collecting pieces of plastic that focusing on music itself.
This forum was enjoyable years ago.
Now it's like an ghost town where people passing by tries to grab whatever's left to grab and keep on going.
Sad.
But yeah, true.
Not expecting for any admin to do anything at all anyway. I'm ok with this delinquent being exposed.
