And so many old clips making the rounds - her righteous anger over Katrina response, her turning up the volume to listen to Whitney… people love her, and it’s so heartwarming.
And articles like this everywhere - https://jezebel.com/...on-s-1851224697
“And congrats to all of us, for getting to see Celine Dion.”

Anyway, the Aretha quote comes to mind. “Gowns, great gowns.” 🤭

The timing of the doc announcement a few days before the Grammys was a sign and a then opportunity for her to be seen again on the biggest night of the music calender and she delivered!
I guess the two new scars were to do with her treatment/surgery… I guess the documentary will explain all.
But amazing to see her back in the music spotlight again!

Anyway, here’s another view from the audience - https://x.com/mrerne...lbG-qOHJebY8elA

To have Mariah open the show presenting to Miley and Celine closing the show presenting to Taylor, well that sort of symbolism is simply incredible.
Céline Dion, music's greatest ever singer, the biggest-selling Canadian artist of all-time and most successful female live act ever - what's not to love?

You were right!!!
However, she rightfully avoided the red carpets and press.

Sorry not sorry I am loving this 'hate' in (social) media towards Taylor for snubbing the legend that is Céline!! She didn't even make a single second of eye contact with Céline. WTF? Taylor only looked at that girl in the blue dress. jeez. what a c#nt! I mean ok you can be over the moon to win this Grammy. but freaking acknowledge the person who gives it to you! Even if it was Jane Doe from the streets! Céline would never do something like that. She is far to classy to do that. And that's why she's a legend.

Yeah I noticed that too. Deffo from the RW shoot in 2021! Love this picture more than the one they ended up using. They should have used that photo for the documentary announcement instead of the b/w one!
And another photo from that shoot:

She even remembered the ones who handed her the album of the year award according to her speech.

She’s once again showing the world that she’s doing alright and getting on with things. And she’s doing it on her own terms.
Love her.

Yeah I noticed that one too. This sends a very beautiful message about her not trying to hide her "scars." figuratively and otherwise.
