ok neeeext.... gosh, how boring and superficial this was again
I fear we're in for more of the same.
Yes, ET is superficial and sleazy, but I suspect much of this interview blitz is going to be the same talking points.
I'm sure the way this goes is she sits down with her PR people and prepares the key points she wants to convey and how, and once she figures out her stories, keyword and phrases, she sticks to them for every conversation. This is only natural - we all do this, be it press interviews, job interviews, pitches / presentations - of course she does the same.
And if she's asked something she's not comfortable with or prepared for, she either sings her way through it or answers with whatever she wants to say, regardless of whether it actually addresses the question asked.
Also, it's really odd how her English goes through phases that seem to be unrelated to how long she's been speaking it.

To be honest the last real amazing interview I remember is from the magazine MClean's , that was a real interview.. spector songs, music, opinion about the veil which was the first time she really said how she truly felt about that even though she would not please everyone .. I miss those kind of sincere not goofy interersting interviews

Why can’t they have aired what she actually said in the article which was very beautiful? What a heap of trash they are. 6 words about new music/album and the rest about Pepe.

Another wasted boring interview. Lol
I swear journalists must just download from a server somewhere these same, repetitive, s*** questions.
Find a journalist who’s also a fan to get the most from it and maybe oh I dunno get an interesting new answer or some kind of exclusive from her!

I liked this little interview. Is it the first time that she said clearly "Pepe is gay" ? Or am I wrong ? And also the first time that she said that she's open to a new relationship...
***I speak French, sorry for my mistakes in English. I would be very happy if you write me a private message to tell me when I make mistakes, as I want to improve my English***

Omg seriously, yes the questions are always the same stupid and repetitive, but Jesus, Celine seems to really enjoy the game too, doesn't she? Can anyone tell me what's the need to pinpoint and bring Pepe out of the closet again saying "he is gay" once and again?? I bet Celine can answer the question without bringing out his sexuality on every interview, can't she?

Shes not “bringing him out of the closet” at all. Hes open his sexuality, shes simply clarifying theyre not involved in the clearest and simplest way

The results of that visit to the tanning salon were very evident in this interview. She looked beautiful (dem legs), but maybe a half a shade lighter next time
I really like how excited she got when she started singing FOMO, she's so excited about her new music and singing in general. I can't believe there are people that think she doesn't enjoy or have passion for music.
I like that media are now acknowledging Pepe's importance to her as a friend, but would they care if Pepe was actually Pepa? If Celine's new bff that went everywhere with her was a woman would they ask about that friendship? Would they care about Pepa? So, on one side I think it's sweet to see a friendship get so much attention because that's rare but at the same time you know they only care because they immediately correlate it to her love life one way or another.
I wish they would stop asking her about her love life, but it is interesting to hear how her answer slowly changes through the years and even within a few months. I think this is a way the media finds they can measure how happy she is, like if she's ready to date then she really is moving on. Sweet that they "care" but also romance isn't the only way to measure happiness
(ofc I would totally be happy for Celine if/when she finds another special someone, eve kind of rooting for it at times).

She only brought it up because she misunderstood the interviewer and thought the woman was asking if her and Pepe would become romantically involved.

Wrong: he wasn't publicly open about his sexuality until Celine said in an interview a few months ago that "he IS gay". Before he worked for Celine yes, he posted some things and drawings about LGTB (and still that doesn't mean you are gay), but after he started to work with Celine, not until she said that "he is gay" on an interview has he posted on his Instagram about his sexuality, his boyfriend or his private life. So in a way, professionally, Celine HAS taken him out of the closet to stop all the rumours.

I mean he’d been dating his boyfriend for a long time and his boyfriend had posted pics of the two and about them. But regardless she never would have said if he wasn’t comfortable or hadnt given her the “yes” to do so

POPULAR
Pepe is probably the one who told Celine to mention that he is gay. Otherwise she would have never said it.
Why do you think that she waited so long to mention it? Pepe probably had to decide if he wanted to be out or not in the first place.
Anyway, who cares. He's out now. Ziggy with it!

I cannot retrieve the extended version (12 min long I think) of the first interview (on the "Mars" set) and can't find it on youtube.
Has anyone the link of that version by any chance?
thanks.
