This is great! And I'm sure Vegas being pretty much sold out has given Celine & her team the green light to move forward with announcing a World Tour in the very near future!

No, I can't believe anything. I will start believing when she releases that damn album and proves that SIX FRIGGING YEARS in the making of new music has been WORTH the damn wait and she is back to the throne she deserves because she has just released one of her best English discs EVER.

And I'm not talking about a couple of great songs, I'm talking of an entire, cohesive, full album packed with hits after hits.

Until then, no, I'm not excited because I'm highly sceptical

I don't give a damn about Carpool karaokes if we don't have a killer album following it.

I don't care at all about any stellar TV show if it's not meaning she's promoting new music that is BIG.

I don't give a s*** about any more new tours if she's not performing that damn new music we've been all anticipating for six crazy years.

I understand your hesitation. But I think we'll finally be getting the fabulous album we've been waiting for. She sounds so divine & classic Celine on ASHES and RECOVERING. ENCORE UN SOIR also had many sublime tracks.

She's taken her time because she's needed to for personal reasons. Vegas, as well all know, was all-consuming and it was her priority for so long because it was such a big dream for Rene. Thankfully Celine and Rene are getting the credit they deserve for that monumental accomplishment!

But a new day has come once again.

I think she's stronger than ever emotionally right now and we will have a very special album. Will she have "hits" on the radio? No. But the album will no doubt climb to the top of the charts and there will be many new fan favorites and hopefully some big successes as we saw with ASHES. The new tour will certainly include NEW songs from her new album. So it won't just be a greatest hits tour. But the crowd is always ELECTRIC when she sings her hits so there will no doubt be plenty of those too!

It's exceptionally great - lest we forget that Celine has sold 4.4 million tickets already in Las Vegas with over $640 million grossed in the 13 years she has had performances in the city, a simply incomparable and unparalleled level of achievement.

Luckily there's been a whole new rebirth of interest in Celine Dion since 2013. So times have certainly changed. These days it seems like Kimmel is even more popular than Fallon. So this might be a smart move, but....

I didn't love Celine's appearance on Kimmel in 2013. It felt like a low-energy appearance and it wasn't her best performance of LOVED ME BACK TO LIFE.

Fingers crossed it goes perfectly!!! And I hope Kimmel pays some big respect to the Queen.

I don't care about charts, nor radio airplay (which I'd love to happen of course). I just want the album to be a good album, from track 1 to the last, and that reviews finally spread some good critics to her music again and they give credit to her English work (something that hasn't happened in decades).

Don't get me wrong USD 640M is A LOT of money, but the Colosseum did cost USD 200M only to get built...since her shows started in 2003 I was epecting more $$$ in tickets sales...I know her new show was only for a handfull of dates compared to AND, but still I was expecting the Vegas shows to pass the Billion mark
I know Ceasar's got their money back and then some more LOL, the investment was a win-win situation for both parties, but I was expecting more dough!
