btw on the topic, i'm still wondering about Falling into You's sales. it has sold almost 12M copies in america, but it's still undercertified (11x), while Mariah's Music Box is certified diamond with below 8M in sales. i think u already explained it, Pat. but i still can't get over of this one. biased?    WHY OH WHY (not to mention that Glitter sold a little over 600k, and YEAH it's certified PLATINUM!!!)

The reason why mariah is properly certified is that in the early 90s Motolla was selling her as the new whitney, in everything: voice, star power and spectacular sales. so he jumped to certify all her albums properly (and overcertify some of them).

I, like the rest of us, think that Celine has got a figure to die for. Does anybody know what clothing and shoe size she is? I have always wondered...

A few years ago in People magazine they said her dress size is 2, and they're usually pretty reliable. But that's American sizes, I don't know how to convert that into Australian. And shoe size, I've heard about a million different things so I have no idea which is right! Btw, Celine is beautiful, but it's not worth dying to look like her

Madonna company start this competition after Celine won the best selling solo female artist in 2004.



Celine is the only one certificated twice by the best selling recording artist in 2004 & 2007 in World Music Awards

She said she stopped counting at 35.
I actually spent half an hour, a few weeks ago, listing them all and figuring out which sister or brother of Celine's they each belonged to, and I only found 35, so if there are more, I don't know. I can try to find the list if anyone really cares LOL.

In AND DVD when she tells the story of the opening night and the lost shoe she mentions she's a size 8.

In the AND DVD I think Celine mentions that she was asking for a size 38 shoe which is european sizing.
That's a UK size 6

I've read in most mags and articles  that Celine is 5'7 too.
