I know but I'm looking for something like that where I can see the songs. It would give a fair picture of their popularity.

For example, I'm almost sure that "I'm Alive" has so many views on YT because it is included on a popular playlist or it is a huge classic in a certain region. On Spotify its performance isn't as remarkable.

I stress the importance of getting detailed streaming data because it means what single sales and airplay was before 2005.

I'm getting this numbers since September 2017 in this link. It's official link from Youtube. You can find numbers for all artists.
For now, you can find only the last 12 months numbers. But until end's 2017, We can find numbers since September 2014. I have de print for the first numbers. After that, I check every year

Just curious... What would it take for her to get a significant enough bump in streams to make her chart?

I know Mariah’s fans have done it, but she probably gets more streams anyway since she embraces technology unlike Céline

At this point, probably not much. Celine’s numbers on streams are really bad. With Imperfections and Courage she accumulated in one year what most artists on the charts does in a couple days. Her numbers are all on the old hits. But this is not much Celine fault, she from a whole different generation, she's a woman, she's old for the industry. That's not much she can do, it's just how it is.
With the right promotion (or any promotion, tbh) she could do a little better. But don't expect high positions on charts.

Mariah do a lot of work on it and the impact is minimum. The difference between her and Celine’s streaming numbers are not enough to justify all the work she puts in it. Her fans movements don't do much for her, either. AIWFCIS were organically getting higher every year on digital sales, later on streams, and it began to show on Billboard when they changed their rules. The fans had nothing to do with it. Prove of that is her recent singles. From the past 8 years or so, just a couple of them got into BB100, non of it higher than a top80. Don't expect more then that from Celine, even with a big promotion.

It has something to do with the fans since AIWFCIY were not a thing every year (every christmas) before until her fans brought io up on social media and became a trend.

She’s lucky it’s a christmas song. It will be played every christmas. Thanks to her fans as well for bringing it up.... again
(Some mariah fans will deny this lol their delu minds will turn on)

If you want to have like this with Céline. She needs a song that can be played every season like christmas. They need to think of a song that can be played for every:

Summer
Winter (Christmas)
Fall
Spring

I just think Text For You is looking like it will have all the ingredients for Celine to have somewhat of a comeback. It’s a mainstream love story. And it will cater to an audience that Celine’s been a bit out of touch with in recent years — like those who loved Celine on Oprah for so many years.

A lot of people haven’t felt as connected to the new fashion icon, trendy-sounding Celine. They miss classic Celine.

So I’m so glad we’ll have a project that will cater to classic Celine again. I really think it will be good for business / her image, and remind people that she is so darn fantastic. Especially if there’s new music involved.

Just hope covid doesn’t mess anything up. The movie can still be very popular even if it goes straight to streaming.

Mariah fans can't make any song of hers chart in almost 10 years but they got strength enough to make a song a Christma's classic in whole USA and abroad? Yeah, that makes sense.🙄

The song grew by it self, there's is dozens of articles from critics analyzing the song sucess and saying the same thing. Since Billboard started the Holiday charts in 2011, the song is always on top. Since 2005 the song top the chart of the of Billboard Hot 100 Recurrent Songs (at the time, it wasn't by rules elegible to Hot100). Since 1995 it's on top ten of Adult Contemporary Chart (again, not elegible to Hot100). When the rules changed, it already entered the Hot100 in top 20. Worldwide it topped charts on 26 countries.

I think that it’s quite possible Mariah’s fans knew the song would be trending *anyway* and made a move to push it even higher.

The reason I bought this up is because I was wondering —if we Céline fans can stop bickering for a few consecutive days— if we could help promote one of her love songs for Valentine’s Day.

Is it possible? And what song would that be? One that’s already a major hit, I suppose. TPOL, BYLM, All the Way, When I Fall in Love... ?

That can certainly be done, but it's not about charts. You can organize a day for everyone (fans) to buy the song on ITunes and put the hashtag on Twitter. It's not that hard to hit the top of iTunes this days, specially if you avoid the big release's days, like Friday. If fans manage to put the song on the top of iTunes, the media would be all over it, and more people will buy it.

BYLM is the easiest choice, as it already grows every year on Valentine's Day.
