Can you explain more? What's 125 and 375?
These are the ratios Billboard uses to « convert » streams into equivalent song sales units (if I’m not wrong).
10 song units = 1 album units —> 1250 streams on Spotify or 3750 streams on YT = 1 equivalent album sale.
Rolling Stone even divides by 120 and 360.

There's a BIG problem with the math you doing. First, certification for sales units are not given by Billboard but by RIAA. Second, for both Billboard and RIAA only counts the streaming originated inside USA. Those streaming numbers you're converting are from all over the world, not just USA, and each country has his own different rules. In order to do what you doing you actually have to isolated only the USA streaming numbers and then do the equivalence. Third, by Billboard rules, there's a difference in calculation between premium streaming and ad supported streaming. You actually have to figure out how much of those numbers on Spotify is from premium accounts and how much is from free accounts.
From RIAA is simpler, cause they don't make difference between premium or free streaming. You only have to divide from 150. But, again, is only for streaming originated inside USA. And it only counts streams from official channels, with label licenses!
That's why I said it was random numbers!

1) I never mentioned RIAA
2) I know the numbers I use are from all over the world and not only the USA. Though I thought applying an official formula to those worldwide numbers could be fair.
3) My intention was to share some kind of good news here with other Céline’s fans, with a positive feeling.
4) I’m sorry for having bothered you with that post of mine. Anyway the positive feeling mentioned above is gone now.
5) If other members find my calculations wrong and problematic then I will stop posting about them.
6) Capital letters seem unnecessary.

We do not mind you doing your calculations, they are often very interesting!
However, calculations should be correct.

She is the best selling female artist of all time. And yet only two of her songs have 100 million listens or more on Spotify. Mariah meanwhile has 7 (not counting Christmas songs). Whitney has 4 (not counting Higher Love).
Maybe it's because she doesn't have a huge uptempo hit.

Every diva was once called the best selling female artist of all time. I believe the real one is Madonna.
Celine never was big with songs, she was always an album seller.
