Has Lara ever met Céline in person? There are various French interviews out there, but I’ve never seen them translated to English so I’m not sure

I found this interview on this forum and it is very interesting to read. I guess it should be the first and only time that someone talk about how Celine think about Lara?

Idk, I love some real talk about Céline and behind the scenes...but that quote strikes me as a bitter man who is exaggerating.

I mean, how many amazing songs did he write for Lara...not many hits come to mind. Also, Celine is always gracious about her songwriters and rarely seems to reach out to anyone specifically besides JJG and maybe Sia...

I remember Céline revealing at Rene’s memorial that he would kick her under the table (😳) if she became too honest at dinner parties, for example, with her (negative) opinions on other stars or people.

Yeah she only shared those photos but tagged a few other names without the photo. I think she may look
At those that she posted a pic with as role models/ inspirations in music all legends... Celine is a legend but in terms of Mariah she most likely views her as a contemporary artist, because their careers pretty much spanned the same time frame as well about the same age.
