I think she pulled off the dress better than anyone else could. So she was able to make a great look. But yeah the dress is not the best, to put kindly.

Well, at least it looks like there are loads of interesting people there tonight. Hope she gets to meet many of them (or more importantly, that they get to meet her!)
Like Janelle Monae, for instance. Now that's a collab I totally wouldn't mind!

Celine is definitely having a moment. And much as that thing she's wearing today is ugly as hell, I think it's good she didn't go with a safe glamour gown. It's good for people to see her edgy and wild side. For far too long she's been misconstrued as bland and predictable, so in that sense, this is good. Few have an inkling that she started out far more 'rocker chick' than 'AC ballad queen'.

you canT have it both ways, she made her choice and i think the objective for her is met...other youger stars had a softer approach, because they begin their career. With Celine , wathever happens, it won't change a thing  but give her some publicity.

But her hair is dark!!! :wub:
I don't think they keep it that dark.
Funny people complain about the headpiece, but it really is cool because that is made of "her" HAIR!! :wub:
In the video from ET you can see that!

Someone said something about a colorpaste and you are right.
I did hairstyling at a few FashionWeek shows and used those tricks when every model needed to have the same hair colour etc.
Think the headpiece is still made out of extensions and later on attached to Celine her hair.

But god I hope she keeps the colour :wub:

I think her outfit is fun and chic, and she seems to be having fun too.  

She has always been on the thin side all these years, but it's funny she always tends to be a bit meaty with her upper arms since late 90s.  And now at 49, we could see it more easily.
