Hey!! :D

Seriously, people always write stories about famous stars, and I'm surprised that I haven't found any non-real stories about Celine  :blink:  it's really weird. I mean, if there's someone like Deidre Hall then there's got to be Celine, but I haven't stumbled upon it. Has anyone else ever crossed paths with Celine fanfiction? I'd write myself but I'm such a lousy writer  :pinch:

Hi, Danni.  I did a search on Celine Dion of my favorite Fan Fiction site, (www.fanfiction.net) and what showed up was mostly just stories based on a Celine song.  But there were 168 stories that turned up in the search.  I only looked at the first 50.  Here is the link if you want to go look through the other 3 pages and see if there is actually a story about her.

Chellbie, I agree totally.  That was me when I first discovered Celine about a year and a half ago.  I devoured everything I could find on YouTube.  That's when I discovered so many of her songs that I was not familiar with and got some hint as to her personality and her wicked, wicked sense of humor.  Thank God for YouTube.

I KNOW ABOUT YOUTUBE XD I have a total youtube playlist of celine, she's my background (which is weird cos my vids are like sweeney todd/greys anatomy etc)... xD ... I totally went cuckoo after the gig, I ordered EVERYTHING I found, even a 20 page book about her for 22 -.-

oh gosh I know!! I'm horrendous!! i trawl through pages of youtube videos about celine and then constantly watch my favourites over and over again - its quite sad of me really! I also create Celine playlists and end up having loads of the same video coz everytime i watch it i love it a little more and add it to the playlist

and i seriously watched that Wayne Brady interview with Celine probably 15 times before bed last night lol.. finally at midnight, i was like.. okay I have to go to bed haha WOW

To change your background, Chellbie, click on your account name at the top of the  page, and on the left, next to your account avatar you should see a link that says "Edit Channel".  When you click on that, look on the left and you should see Channel Design.  There is where you can change your background, under Advanced Design Customization.  Go to Background Image and you can upload a picture from your computer.  

And for the Playlist, go to the link Accounts at the top of your Channel page and click on My Videos.  That will bring you to the page of our Favorites and Playlists.  On the left there is a button that says New with an arrow next to it.  Click the arrow and select Playlist.  Then you can create a Celine playlist.  When you see a video you like on YouTube, under the video you should see a link that says Playlist, when you click that, your playlists should drop down and you can go chose the Playlist to add it to.  If it's a new video and you don't have a Playlist created, scroll down the Playlist dropdown menu and the last entry in there is New Playlist.  Click on that and provide the Playlist information and there you have it.

Me too!!!!  I will put everything on the back-burner (including papers for English, homework...etc) just to sit for hours and get lost in Celine land on youtube... I fall in love every time.

Haha Britt, that is sooo true.. I JUST PUT A PSYCHOLOVGY PAPER OFF FOR A WEEK because everytime i got on the internet, all i wanna do is watch Celine! And yes, i fall in love all over again everytime! =)

Hi Well here it is, the little story that I wrote. I dont know why but I wasn`t able to attach the file. well anyway ...
This story was written by Isabel Leite and is in NO way meant to offend Céline Dion, René Angélil or any of their relatives or friends, This story is my way to honor one of my favorite couples,I hope you enjoy reading it

OUR FIRST KISS

He just put my arms down and ran down the hall. He fled. The funny thing is, I am not at all upset for I know this is a sign of acceptance and surrender.
He kissed me!, He kissed me! , He kissed ...............ME!!!
I tremble all over , my legs are still shaking. I feel as if the world is a totally different place than what it was ten minutes ago. I sit on the side of the bed and actually think `I could die now, I would die a happy and fulfilled woman.`
Oh how long I have waited for this! How long I have dreamed of how it would be. All the scenes that I had ever played in my head are now coming back to me. I had already kissed him so many times in my mind and in my dreams. Every night while sleeping with his photograph, the scenes just played on and on. I don`t even remember when I first started loving him. I think it all started at the very first meeting when I thought he looked handsome, so sure of himself . A well dressed businessman, a man that spoke different languages. Of course I was only twelve at the time. What really surprised me was that he didn`t treat me as a little girl. He respected me . He didn`t say `Sweetie, can you sing for me please? He has always respected me. That is one of the main reasons why I fell in love with him. He never cossed any boundaries. He never tried. He never took advantage of my innocence. Now that I am a woman and that this has just happened I can honestly say `I have found the man of my life, he is the man of my dreams. ` Every day that went by I got to know him a little better. Working together day by day just showed me how much he meant to me . I feel safe and protected beside him. I knew and I know that above all he wants me to be happy. Admiration turned into love!
So what now , he left me here , alone with my thoughts and feelings.` I wonder what he`s thinking?`, `I wonder where he is`? This can`t stay this way! I need to talk to him , I need to see him. I know what I want! I `m a woman now , I know what I feel. I have waited so long for this to happen, and now that my dream has finally come true, I am here all alone!No way! I`m going to call him! I`m gong to tell him `If you don`t come up here right now and talk to me, I`m going to go knock on your door until you do`!
The phone is ringing, I tried calling his room. No answer. Where could he be?
I will never forget this moment. I will remember each and every detail forever. It`s funny , today was such an important day for my career, and yet all I can and will remember is how I felt in his arms, how his lips felt when they touched mine! I just won one of the most important competitions ever! I did my best, I gave my all singing. It payed off, I won. I never cried so hard in my life, and believe me I do cry very frequently. When the results were finally in, and I found out that I had won I couldn`t wait to see him .At first I didn`t think that I was going to win, I thought that I would have to live through the defeat with him, but things turned out better than I expected. To share this milestone with him. One more step in the direction of a huge dream. A dream that we share together, a dream that he makes come true everyday.
After the final results were given and after many interviews and questions I could finally meet him! I ran into his arms, crying. I kissed him on the neck, he let it happen. He was as happy and as proud as I was. We came back to my room. As usual he went through everything that had happened during the day. Who was good, who was good but didn`t have a chance and of course my performance. I just listened and let his voise craddle me. Soon the woman in love took over and all that I could think about was, there he is, the man that I love. I am sure that he sensed it and suddenly fell silent. `Well goodnight` he said. I just couldn`t let that happen, out of all the nights, on this night of victory he was going to leave without even giving me a kiss on the cheek , as he usually did! I got up walked towards him and held his head in my hands, and it happened!We kissed, not on the cheek as we usually did, but a real kiss. A kiss between two people in love. My life will never be the same! This kiss tells me that he finally accepted and surrendered to our love!
My god its the phone ringing! Is it him? I answer it, my whole body shakes and its like I am in a dream. Yes lt`s him. He asks me if I am ok and I answer yes. I than hear the following words.`If you really and truely want to ,I will be your first` God yes, of course I want to, but not just for one night but forever. I answer him with all the conviction in the world` you will be the first, and the only!`
A few minutes later there is a knock at the door .........

I still don't know why I wrote this. I was reading RC's interview and suddenly I was trying to picture Celine's reaction and this came to mind. Of course it's just my imagination and maybe a little way to honor celine on Mother's day ! I do hope she has a great one


And there they go. They finally fell asleep after a very long day. I look at them and I still can’t believe how big they’ve gotten. They are so so beautiful, aren’t they? So beautiful and yet at the same time so different. How can they be twins and be incredibly different at the same time ? Eddie forever the boss and so brave. He is the first to try new things, and of course the first to get into trouble. He teaches his brother , do you believe that? His brother….Nelson….so sweet and kind. He captures everyones heart with a smile. They do have one thing in common though, they both remind me of you in so many ways. Speaking of reminding me of you, oh yes there is our oldest, We couldn’t have chosen a better name, because he is so much like you that any other name would have been unacceptable. Today I just happened to find out that he had not only composed some music but had put it all over the internet. He called me to the garage , his now’ studio’, and said that he would like me to hear something. I was more than thrilled, I love his passion for things. However here is the catch, he had not only written new songs but he had also lauched them on the net. I know what you are saying, How did he do? Was the response good? Well I am thrilled to say ‘yes’, People are starting to say that he does have tallent. I know you are now smiling and saying ‘The kid has got character’, like his dad’.Still, he didn’t tell me! I could have helped him. Well maybe that’s why he didn’t tell me, he says he wants to try and do this by himself, you know make a name for himself without using Celine Dion as an influence. Oh I have a feeling that I am in for the ride of my life with these three. Mon amour I don’t know where I’d be without them. You gave me everything,you guided me, you gave me my career, but you know that most important of all, you gave me life and happiness when you gave me these guys.Through them, I get to see you every single day of my life, and that is all the motivation that I need to go on. Well mon homme talk to you tomorrow, je t’aime!LV
