Hey guys!

Later this summer I'm hoping to go see Celine at Las Vegas and I'd like to hear your opinion on where the best place to get a seat in the Colosseum is. Also, feel free to talk about the whole experience (including the concert and possibly meeting Celine)! :)

Thanks

I sat in the first row of the rear orchestra on the right side of the stage (looking at it on my right) and Celine walked right in front of me in the aisle during HDYKTMP when she walks through the audience-she was so close I could see her body glitter!   Also got a great view of Rene, he sat one section over from me.  I thought it was a great seat, worth every penny of the $200.  I've also sat in the 2nd balcony, not bad either, you get a great overall visual picture that I didn't get sitting closer on the floor.  I don't think there is really a bad seat in my opinion.

I went for the first time in August and we sat in the 1st Mezzanine.  Awesome seats and you get a great view of the stage and everything going on!! :-D  Where we were, sitting, 1st Mezz 3, she walked right under us for HDYKTMP.  It was pretty cool to be right there.  For that moment, I only wish I was closer!   I do plan on going back and will definitely get orchestra tickets.  I'll probably switch it up: one night rear orch and front orch another night-as close as I can get!  Any seat, really, is an experience and the way The Collosseum is built, there really isn't a bad seat.  It just depends on how much you want to spend and how close to Celine & the stage you want to be.  I do think everyone should experience the mezz at some point but I know it'd be awesome to be up close and personal too.

I believe it was June 4, 2013 when I was there.  It was her first show back after a break.

I agree - both orchestra and mezzanine are good experiences.  I sat one night in the rear orchestra, and once in the first mezzainine.  Loved both -- but (unless it was a coincidence in the nights I happened to go) - I thought the audience in the orchestra section was a lot more enthusiastic -- maybe the people willing to spend that much are bigger Celine fans.  It was a little more fun to be part of the really excited part of the audience!

I am curious about this too. I have never seen him there. Last time, I checked out the sound booth a couple of times to see if he walked in and didn't see him there.

He see's the show every night. You sometime hear people clapping as he walks in. He sits in different seats every night but Celine knows where as she looks at him while she sings certain songs. He also plays at the poker rooms in Caesars palace & the Bellagio. You see he walking through Caesars casino between 5 & 6. I got talking to someone who worked there and they told me loads of stuff. Every now & again you'll see Rene behind the box office too... I've not met him yet but I've not waited around to try find him lol. X

I thought it was because certain seats were usually automatically part of a VIP package.  But it could very well be because it's more central, too.  Especially if you now have the option to select/not select that with AXS.

I was in the 6th row Front Orch all the way on the first left seat, my mother behind me in the 7th row on the first left seat.
I loved my seat!  As the usher escorted us to our seats, I was ecstatic! LOL I was like, please, get me closer   I had no clue we'd be so close.

Those are nice seats.

You are about 7 rows up, into Rear Orchestra 3.

The following makes the place sound huge, but the Colosseum has a great design and feels very compact.

The Colosseum is divided as follows:

Front Orchestra has double letters, starting in AA and going back to SS.  These seats are on the floor. But, keep in mind row SS is almost in the Rear Orchestra, there is just a small aisle for people to pass through between SS and Rear Orchestra A. So, not that much difference between the two.

Rear Orchestra starts in row A and goes back to Row P.  These seats are just a couple steps up from the floor,  and you will be seated by entering at the floor level (most often, however, for some reason sometimes they have you go up a level, but you just end up walking down, so I am not sure why that happens sometimes). How many seats up from the floor will depend on your row.

When looking out from the stage, it is divided as:
(There is a Rear and Front Orchestra for each of the following sections, and the sections continue up to the Mezz levels. Remember this description is as if you are looking out from the stage):

Section 2 is far left
Section 3 just left of center
Section 4 is center stage
Section 5 just right of center
Section 6 is far right

Your seats should have 7 rows in front, and 7 rows behind. So, your row is right in the middle of Rear Orchestra 3.

I am not sure where in row H your seats are located, but they should be nice seats regardless.

I have sat in Rear Orchestra  3, row G, so just one row in front of your ticket. You can see the entire stage, which helps when videos are being played, or during the song with Stevie Wonder.  You get a great view of the entire orchestra during the numbers. All of that being said, of course you can see her as well.  I have been as far back as Row N in Rear Orchestra 4, and those are nice seats too (I mention this, because Row N is much further back than Row H, and I still had a nice view of the stage, and could see everything that was going on, and the sound was excellent).  People say this all of the time, but it is true: it's hard to get a bad seat in the Colosseum. Because of this, picking seats for any show there is really just a matter of personal preference (some people want further back because they think the sound is better, some people want as close as possible, etc.). But, in terms of nice seats, that's pretty much every seat in the house.

Enjoy the show!

Hi,  I wonder if anybody can help.  I am looking to buy two tickets for january 2016 and am unsure of which is the best.  The closest to the stage within the price level 2 tickets that I found appears to be in section front orchestra 6 Row HH .  I know this is to the far right but at leasts the seats available are the ones closest to the stage in that section.  Do you think these are good seats? or is it better to be more in the centre but more in the back?

Also, from where do you usually buy the tickets? team celine tickets are not always the best.

It's far stage right, which is actually far left from the audience point of view. I mention it, because when she enters and exits the stage, she does that from stage left. Meaning, front orchestra 2 is also off to the side but tends to be much better seats because she spends more time singing on that side of the stage. I do not recall her spending a lot of time on stage right to be honest (meaning, she does not really stand a lot over by Front Orchestra 6). I think the view would be okay though overall because you would be close (I have sit in HH in Front Orchestra 2 and you are really close to the stage in that row).

Personally, I do not like Front Orchestra 6, but that is likely just a personal preference.  I guess it really depends if you want to be as close to the stage as possible or not.  There are moments in this version of the show though that it may not matter (like the acoustic set she is center stage, so it shouldn't really matter if you are far off to one side or the other. It would be the same from either side).

Hopefully this website helps give you an idea: http://www.thecoloss...o/seating-chart

You really can't get a "bad" seat at the Colosseum for any show that is performed there. The venue was just designed really well. So, either way you go, I doubt you would be disappointed.

I use her website, but I do not use the teamceline code. Those tickets are not really that good (oddly enough). The general AXS tickets are better, or the American Express tickets, both of which are on her website. You just have to click the options to search for those seats specifically, as opposed to team celine tickets.
