yes, i also heard that. And you would think that singing it in lower key should solve this, it should be better to belt in lower key. But I think this song is quite heavy to sing for live. And the high note still sounds a bit like a ... well ...like...let's not say that , but i guess that high note is very difficult to sing live. So , as I said before, maybe prerecord the note so the rest of the song can be in normal key.
I am not promoting prerecording at all, but this is one of those moments that it is maybe needed. It would do the song much more when performed in normal key I think.

As for LMBTL... I think it was a strong performance, as others said, this is a song that needs to be played and sung in full concert mode, but I think this worked pretty well for a tv show. I love seeing her band with her! You notice it with Celine directly too... she is more comfortable and takes more risks when she has them along.
oh yeah and she looked hawt!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this haircolour!! way better than that blonde hair!!

I was very impressed, especially considering Celine was singing early in the morning and again at night! For the first time she looked as if she actually enjoyed performing that song.

Interview
Loved Me Back To Life performance
Singing Password segment
She is so charismatic! And that performance was great, so controlled; not sold on the new arrangement of the song though. This has probably been my favourite interview she's done, the Singing Password segment was hilarious.
Céline Dion, music's greatest ever singer, the biggest-selling Canadian artist of all-time and most successful female live act ever - what's not to love?

The performance was much better than I anticipated. Her voice sounds so good!
The interview was a bit short, but yes, the game was hilarious. I loved her victory dances. And I totally salivate when I see that gorgeous vinyl record which I so want to have!

By the way, she's looking the best she's looked in years at the moment. Simply stunning.

Only a bit in the highest note in the end. Maybe she should prerecord that big note, then she can do the whole song in normal key, would sound way better
I think that was the best song on the performance.
On the rest of the song she still struggles the choruses even if they were lowered, I think it's the difficulty of singing the "liiiife" part. Please go back to the original key. This one lacks power!!!!

Actually, the bridge here was the best she's ever done it imo, although obviously this is because it's in a lower key so it's much easier for her. It was so smooth for her to hit the note, dip down then go back up before transitioning to the head voice section. In Quebec it was a throaty scream that was fixed in post-production. In some of the other live TV performances she has trouble going back up to the original high note after the dip
Also, am I the only one who noticed the bunch of people in the back (besides her band and backup singers?). At first I thought they were just dancing but then I noticed they started to sing towards the climax. It gave it a LOT more energy imo.
Of course nothign can beat the original EDM/dubstep inspired arrangement from the studio track, but I don't think edm tracks by their nature can ever be properly translated into live performances. I think this is a step in the right direction for her team.
Silly, those people in the back were the band bench winners lol....2 of them were forum members!! DavidJag and Jamieb!!!
This was a GREAT promo for the album. Everything was flawless.

I still prefer the Québec performance because she was a little bit off on the high notes even if it was lowered. But still she's mastering the song a lot better than before. Hopefully she can go back to the original key!
Any impact on the charts? iTunes?
