My thoughts exactly. I mean, one person can't really do much alone, without any supporters.. Therefore I find all this hooraying over Osama Bin Laden being dead, and more specifically being KILLED, a little.. I don't know, sort of "twisted". Also cause I don't believe in the "an eye for an eye" ideology. I would've rather seen Bin Laden being captivated in prison for the rest of his life...

I agree too. The reason this guy was evil is because he killed so many people.. to celebrate his death is like sharing his attitude, and saying that it's ok for a person to decide if another human being should live or die. I'm glad he can no longer hurt anyone, but we should probably take a higher road and hope that God is more merciful than any of us in this world.

Honestly I'm not glad that he's dead because for me that's just wrong but I'm having a sigh of releif for my country and not to mention all those people that he killed have a little justice now & their families do too. I'm having mixed emotions though.
I'm just a little worried though because on the news last night there were people pretty much partying & they may see that & get really pissed off & do something. I mean he was one of their main guys so you never know.
If it was up to me I wouldn't have killed the guy, I would've put him in a prison forever with high notch security because he's escaped before bu I wouldn't have killed him.
But also for those courageous military/soldiers/whoever it was that went in that home to get him.

please read this verse:

And NO I am not trying to justify wat Osama has done in the past (but then again, who am I to judge, God is the only one who truly can in the end)

i also ain't cheering about the death of anyone...but i think it's great justice to the families of those he killed

I am not a christian, and for most points I strongly disagree with christian views, but I'm with you on this. It's not up to humans to decide over life or death. And no one has the right to kill someone, even if that person killed many people.

OMG, I totally agree Sonne! I thought it was insane! Now nothing is gonna die down!!!!! Everyone on Bin Laden's team is gonna get mad and retaliate against America and all of our troops in the middle east! And of corse the anniversary of 9/11 isn't far. And now Bin Laden's team has a huge motive to try to pull something even worse! I don't get it! Can my stepdad just come home from Iraq now?!?! With all of this craziness in the middle east, I doubt it! And he was supposed to be back in November! Well I can just kiss all of that goodbye now! But the true question is what happens now? I doubt that Bin Laden's team is gonna surrender especially now! But at least he can't hurt anyone anymore.
