The show was great!  From what I've read here I think it was all the same.  She looks and sounds better than ever!

The intense curls she had during rehearsals in her hair have changed a lot, and she's going for more of a straight look, which I like.  She looks very rich and glamorous.  I think it's great and she seems SO much more relaxed and happy this time around, you can really tell she loves what she does.

We had a fantastic audience and I was sitting next to a couple from Montreal which made the whole show much more fun!  Everybody (including both balcony levels) was up and dancing during all of the fun songs, and there were so many standing ovations from the whole audience that it was fantastic.  She really seemed to connect with the audience more now that there's less going on with her on stage, and lucky for us she spends a lot of the show on the left side (when looking at the stage) so we were RIGHT in front of her.  We were able to make her laugh before she sang Mr. Paganini when she was sitting next to the piano and it was very cute.

The waterfall during MHWGO is absolutely amazing!  It's a total surprise for the ending of the show and I am very glad they have it working now.  It really makes the encore a totally new experience even though we've heard it a bazillion times.

Can't wait to come back for more!  :clapping:

I really wish that the waterfall was working for oepning night! It'd be awesome to have some pro-shot footage at least of it....

:huh: I mean, I could feel the mist of the water...so I would say that the water is definitely not fake...


OH!  Forgot to mention that Martin Scorsese was sitting at the end of our row.  She didn't point him out, but he was very nice and shook our hands when we said hello.  Tried to take a picture, but the people told us to put the camera away :(
