i just thought it'd be funny/ helpful to open this topic. maybe it's normal after such a joy rush, to get a little sad going back to reality. Just wanted to open this space to talk about it so feel free to share how you're dealing with that.

Actually, I do have a little post-Vegas depression. I really wish I could have stayed longer, but then again probably no amount of time would be long enough If I could, I would take my Mom ( & boyfriend ) with me, find a job, move to Vegas and live near Lindsey and see Celine shows at least twice a month...

I've had an amazing time in LV, not just during the show. It was soooo worth it to save all that money and to go on this crazy journey!

Yeah, I've absolutely got post-Vegas depression.  It was a very full week for me - I went to see Celine's show on the 15th and 16th; I had front row seats to PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (which was fantastic); I saw KA; I saw BEATLES LOVE; I saw LE REVE; and I ate, gambled, saw all the hotels, etc.  

It's always strange to look forward to something for so long… and then go back to regular daily existence.  But I look forward to seeing Celine's show again in a year or so… It will just get better and better.

Totally! depression! Jim!, I arrived to Paris, around 6 am, directly to a class at 9 am , totally depressed and lost, the only thing tht i had in my mind was all the songs of Céline and also my big jetlag,  I almost write that on my final report of that class hahaha, it was a  big change, after seeing Céline singing amazing, great songs and living 5 days of adrenaline, the depression of goin' back to reality it is too much!, MISS YOU ALL!"!!

I got back yesterday and was doing fine until 20 min ago thinking she is on tonight and really want to be there.

Total, 100% Post Vegas Depression, also known as PVD, here!  Does anybody know of a cure for PVD?  I heard if not treated it can cause one to ride kayaks, hug frogs and repeat the number 5 over and over again while beating one's chest.  I'm getting frightened.

Mine has caused a rash and blisters that just won't heal!

i so have post vegas blues!!! in vegas i had nothing on my mind and that was only 1 nightt!! i looked forward to that day for a year n half, n its over now!  best day n half ever! especially meeting you all and meeting Rene!!! and ofcourse Celine! opening night! crazyyy!!! I wish i can go backkk!!!

it was also so nice to meet forum members! jimena and lis, it was so nice to spend some time with u guys during the lunch, and alil bit after the show! great time! hope to see you soon!


cant wait to get tickets to another show and start the waiting game once again!

I've had "Where Does My Heart Beat Now" stuck in my head practically non-stop since seeing the show.  That was the most memorable part of it for me.

Before to go to see Celine Dion in Vegas, I spent 1 week in California, her 2 first shows will remain a high moment of my life, because it's like you're a part of History (the first show!), but it was Ok to come back to home in France with Family, friends and job !

I don't have the PVD, i have wonderful memories !
And the "Goldfinger" by Celine can't leave my mind lol !

After  reading all your comments here,I started to cry a little, I had the best time all week long and now its OVER, I really want to go back, I even cryed on the plane back,  couldn't even say BY CELINE,

One more thing WE SHOULD ALL DO THIS AGAIN SOON. Maybe next yr, Have another ICDFM meeting, and a meet &Greet with Celine. would be nice,

The whole meeting thing should definitely be something we do again! New Years Eve (not this year as that is a bit to soon) or maybe even for the DVD taping (assuming there is one).
