Interactive Seat Map on TicketmasterHELP PLEASE!!!

I know this is probably going to be a really dumb question but I seriously need some help. I am trying to look up seats for Celine shows in the near future and the interactive seat map is not working for me, it works just fine on my boyfriend's computer, but not on mine. I am not always at his house to look up the tickets, so I was wanting to know if anyone had any ideas on how to fix it? I've updated my Adobe flash player and nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Hmm, not sure. However, it only works on the first block of tickets- if you're looking at seats for the second block (Dec and Jan) I don't think that feature is available yet... at least that's what happens on my computer
