These are two pictures I've drawn of Celine! Give me advice on how to fix them! Thanks

Sorry, the image quality on here is bad, since I didn't actually scan them, I took a picture of them then put it on here

Oh thank you! They aren't nearly as good as yours though   Any suggestions?

The only thing I can say is maybe to tone down the lines around her mouth in the second one, but otherwise they look great!!!

I just love how they look like a watercolor painting!

Hi!
i see you used the same pic the other girl used for her drawing. I must say, i was expecting more.
Because you worked on the drawings for several months, as you said. Not that these are not good but In the first i can see it is Celine but in the second no, only because I know the picture you used I know it is her, but did I not know that picture i wouldn't have seen it is Celine. I would use other paper too, with more structure in it. And work more on the details.
Celine is every time different in every photoshoot, so that's why she always looks different.
keep up making drawings though. The more you do it, the better you get!

Well I suppose it's only fair because I asked for criticism. It looks better in person, I took a picture of them, not scan. The shading and details are better in person.

I suppose I'll take that as constructive criticism.
And believe me, compared to the other pictures people have drawn, it's a wee bit better.

thanks you all for the support! Celine is a complicated person to draw! I don't think so much beauty can be put on a sheet of paper!!

I can't draw for nothing, but I have other ways of doing artwork....currently saving up money so i can buy a program for my computer that can change pictures into cross stitch patterns so i can cross stitch one of her, cross stitching takes forever, but for Ms. Dion it will be sooooooo worth it!!!!

How much does the program cost?

I think one program I found runs about $50 but they are soooo hard to find!!!! Then i'd have to find a really great picture.

Oh that is alot! I'm not skilled at all with those programs, I have no patience! For now, I use this cool program 'Ravaez' suggested, www.fotoflexer.com, it's nice, easy, and free! You should try it!
