Well i went to the Dallas tx concert on January 5th and ever since celine has come out with the concert cd and dvd and i purchased this and i cant stop watching the encore song my heart will go on this song has always had a special meaning to me and it was an awsome performance and i was wondering if anyone knew who designed it and if there are any good pictures of if and there are to black dresses she has worn with this song the dress im talking about is the 1 that the fans blow at and it flows in the wind and stuff i just am anxios to know who the dress is designed by and some good pics of it

I don't remember the designer of the black dress but Frida or Thomas should know.

The dress was custom-designed by Lanvin. Celine's stylist Annie Horth told the Journal de Montreal at the start of the tour that Celine would wear a custom made dress for the show's encore, and we believe this was the one she was referring to. If you have the "Through the Eyes of the World" DVD, you can see Celine try this dress on before the Manchester, UK show. She also tried on the purple Versace dress, which seemed to fit her like a glove, and this one was the one she went on stage with that night and for a few shows after it. The Lanvin dress didn't make an appearance until Celine performed in France, a few shows into her run in Bercy.

Im so  little bit confused  of the color!  Black? or BROWN?     If you will look  the gown closer, it looks black! in farther view , it looks like brown......
