Fabulous and fit....how does she do it? And more importantly, how can I?

Celine seems to stay in super great shape. How does she do it? I haven't read anything about her eating or exercise habits. I am sure that the concerts and rehearsals is a great form of exercise, but does anyone have any info about how or what she eats and how she stays so slim?

I think Celine is just one of those fortunate people who has a very fast metabolism (if I remember correctly, her doctor that helps her with the IVF said the exact same thing in an interview a while back). She also has a lot of energy so she is always on the go and she is very active. I don't think she is too too concerned about what she eats. I think she just stays away from certain things (like dairy products) before a show. Not sure though.

yeah you are right with everything you said i think
but also
she does exercises for her vocals and stretches which work on the body too
also celine dosnt talk about it as she has alot of negative press around her weight....saying she has eating disorders etc etc

I'm pretty sure she will eat anything in sight. except maybe raw meat
She doesn't seem to like that. She has an amazing metabolism. Must be all the chips.
For some reason I also have an awesome metabolism KNOCK ON WOOD and I mean, I don't know why- I eat like a bag of chips a day and a carton of cookies every 2 days so.....I think regular daily activity and energy level affects metabolism. I'm pretty hyper.
I've heard of her doing pilates before though.

Ditto to what everyone else said. 
She's just naturally an active person. I remember her once saying she doesn't sit down and watch a lot of Tv or movies because she feels like it's wasting time, when she'd rather be doing something more physical. That, plus good genetics and a fast metabolism.
Another thing I recall is her saying she eats what she wants, but simply stops when she's no longer hungry. I think a lot of people don't do that, for a multitude of reasons lol.
Bottom line is- not everyone's genetics and lifestyle make them able to look like Celine. Just try to be healthy and happy. It's really not worth getting stressed about it.

A piece of advice: Go sing at LV for 5 yrs straight 5days a week and do a world tour after; You'll be CELINE-FIT-SIZE.
On another note, I recommend that you WORK out; Most people [My mum included] just do the treadmilll; I'm completely AGAINST that. First of all, you can walk and get a better effect than the treadmill = Treadmill = Useless. You have to go to the gym train your body muscles so that you'll be fit. Plus, you have to get a suitable diet while doing all the work-out. The best meals to get while training is to eat proteins like chicken,fish and eat apples; and this meal should be taken in all your 3 meals: you eat breakfast = chicken, lunch = chicken and dinner = chicken. It's kind of hard but you can always vary the sauces that you eat with your chicken or fish [tuna and other things]. I hate fish so I would stick w/ chicken.

Well, like others have said, it's pretty easy if you have hundreds of millions of dollars to spare, and a personal trainer to help keep you fit and healthy.
That said, if you (meaning the OP) are really thinking of getting in shape, you can always join your local fitness center, where there's usually a plethora of activities and options available. I work out several times a week, and I love my fitness center!

Yup, Celine's body(shape) is so amazing and looks so beautiful and may be sexy. I think she eat when she want to and always eat. But may be she do carefully exercise or may be her fast metabolism.

Besides the good genes, think about it: she needs to be fit for her career. You can't do a show like hers if you're not phisically fit. The singing alone requires that, not to mention all the running around. And she gets paid to sing, so she gets paid to stay fit. If my job included being paid to stay fit, I'd be fit. Unfortunately, my job includes sitting at a computer all day, so, despite my genes (I was 45 kilos till I was 23, 24) I started to get fat... I'm not overweight or anything, but I'm nowhere near being fit, although I used to practice lots of sports before starting full times jobs some 6 years ago. Now I just don't have the time or energy to work out. So it's easy, I think, to stay fit when you have a job like Celine's, always on her feet, always running around, with enough free time to exercise.

I agree with you on that, but she hasn't always been touring. All her life she's been naturally thin. Only relatively recently, within the last 15 years or so has she been going on extensive touring which mandated her to be physically in shape. Also, you can be overweight and still sing. Hell, you can be clinically obese and still sing. There's no correlation or connection to weight and singing ability that I am aware of.

I think many things contribute to celines figure, 1st of all she is obviously naturally that way, with a fast metabolism, like many people (me included) who can pretty much eat whatever and not gain anything. Like she said in the video she is a nervous person, which i am also, which really helps not gain weight.
And of course when you have like $300 million and can afford personal trainer etc and make time to do exercises it makes it pretty easy... And yeh she gets paid to look good so why wouldn't Celine make sure she was in shape.
