I'll be in Vegas for the first time in the beginning of August so it's time for me to figure out what to pack! Besides the obvious clothes, toiletries, and tickets- what are some Vegas "essentials" that you wouldn't go without?

Just make sure you drink lots of water before, during, and after! Sunscreen! a little purse to keep all of your ID and money near and dear to you. I always take a little pair of those roll up flat shoes bc I am not walking around the Strip in my high heels!

Just like Lindsey said Water, Sunscreen, Runners or some kind of decent walking shoes. A purse, to carry your money, and your id. Also a bathing suit, Shorts, T-Shirts, a hat of some kind. Also a camera. That's it, have fun.

Water is really important, it's really hot there. Sunscreen could be practical and maybe a hat, just to have with you. I brought one, didn't use it (I hate them) but I think it's still good to have. A camera, comfortable shoes (trust me, you'll be walking a hell of a lot, make sure they're not tight at all, I made that mistake and practically killed myself). Use the public transportation and ways to walk through the casinos, it's really helpful. Other than that, your Céline tickets. Have fun!!!!

Question about a purse- I was thinking of getting one of those crossbody purses since they're so light or else just empty almost everything out of my normal purse, what do you suggest?

Yes, that's really practical. I used a pretty big cloth bag where I could just dump everything in it and it was very practical, a purse would be just to hard to cary. Like that, you can just put a whole bunch of stuff in it and it's fairly easy to carry. And don't forget your sunglasses, you'll be using them!
