Usually this "one hour Michel Jasmin program" is a morning show broadcast at 11:00 a.m.  Now this Special one being its 1000e and having as guests Céline and René, they decided to broadcast the Special at night at 8:00 p.m. and make it one hour and a half.  So they had to plan a special place in primetime to show it and move others usually scheduled. It took some time to inform us of the final time being a special presentation that's all.
And yes Davey, usually this program has commercials, just like any other regular program.

I'll try to put some infos and translation at the end of it tonight and/or more tomorrow.  Hoping some other fans who also understand french will do the same.
