OMG i first heard of her last Wednesday on the radio. the jocks were playing that video and they were praising her and i was intrigued by what i've heard so i immediately checked her video on YouTube and i was blown away! she looks quite "terrible" i must say. she's old (she's 47). she's untidy. she's fat and acts/talks like crazy but when she started to sing, OMG i was glued to my seat for almost 30 minutes watching that video over and over. even the judges were amazed! especially Simon! her voice reminds me of the great Lea Salonga. she totally IMPRESSED me. :wow:

her voice is awesome! i kinda knew before i watched the video cuz i heard it on the radio (which ruined the surprise lol). anyhoo, i was funny to see the judges' faces change when she sung the first line of the song :lol:

you should also check out Charlie Green's videos as well. he's a Filipino-British contestant (i don't know if he was a finalist). he's 13 and he's really good. i soooooo love him!

yeah she's a sweetheart. but I do think part of the appeal is that everyone tends to prejudge ppl like that and she came out acting so goofy and such so ppl were shocked she could actually sing.  also I don't think her voice matches my heart will go on.  she sounds better with the more broadwayisch stuff like that les mis song she sang

Happens to me alot with Celine, haha, like when she says/sings "I drove all night to get to you, is that all right?" live to the crowd when I went to the TC tour, I was like dying with shivers and, of course, I was like "YES CELINE IT'S ALL RIGHT WOOHOOO!" :P

and how come it's always Britain's Got Talent got all those people? first Paul Pott then the boy can't remember his name and then Susan, i never heard someone make it big in American's Got Talent or so..

The only America's Got Talent contestant I have ever heard of is Bianca Ryan, anyone know what she's doing now?
