Look at "Post Options" under full edit. Default is "html off", choose "Html on - auto linebreak mode". It works in full edit only, not fast reply.

That's all I've been doing. I copy and paste the code directly from youtube. So this makes me think not everything is actually being copied or when I go to paste it, something is being chopped off. *tries some more*

That is really weird. I went back to the previous post, and it was exactly the same as what I re-copied to it! :doh: Soo confused :lol:

Til now, I never really cared about using HTML :P But since Youtube does its referral links based on embedded videos only and not just url, I wanted to be able to track who comes to my videos from this forum :D

Still having a hell of a time embedding on the first try. :glare:

Here goes... and take two and three.



:fish: This is too irritating. I tried copying directly from the Youtube code into the post and it only displayed code. Went and did a full edit and changed nothing and I see a blank box. I complete the changes and even the code is removed. Finally, i copy the code into notepad and then copy it into here and it worked. HOWEVER, I had done the opposite for the Britney video, where I started by coping the youtube code into notepad and then into the forum and had similar results. It wasn't until I copied directly from the Youtube code that it worked. So I'm at a huge loss here.

IE 7/Vista SP1

Never met that problem. I always copy the code from youtube directly and paste it onto the text box and enable HTML.
