In order to upload the brushes for other people to get to them, you need to go to a file sharing site and put them there. I use Rapid Share:
Rapid Share file hosting
You can register for a free account, though you don't need to in order to upload files. But if you register for a free account (Collector's Zone) every time a file is downloaded, you get points that you can use toward getting a Premium Account. I just have a free account and it seems to be more than sufficient.
Once you get to Rapid Share and you want to upload the brushes, click on "Browse". Browse to the location of the PS brushes you want to upload. Click on the brush file and that's all there is to it. The upload is limited to 200MB, but I doubt your brush file is that big.
I tried to upload my brushes directly to the forum the first time, but got an error message that it was not a valid file type for the forum or something like that, so I think using a file sharing site is the only way to do it.
If you're not sure where your PS brushes "live" on your computer, let me know and I'll point you in the direction of the directory for PS brushes.
BTW, thanks for the nice words about my wall. Also, you might want to check out my Graphics page on the Celine Dion Graphics website. I've added a widget you might find amusing.

Open either a new file or a previous one in Adobe and click on the Brush icon like you want to use a brush. This should bring up the brush palette (where you choose the brush you want to use). At the top of that window you should see a little arrow pointing to the right. If you click on that, it opens a whole other menu. Find "Preset Manager" on the menu and click on that. That should open up a window with small icons of all the brushes you currently have loaded. Find the brushes you created and lick on them to highlight them (you can use Ctrl-click to select brushes that are not right next to one another). When you have all the brushes you want to save selected, click "Save Set". That should open the Save brush dialog and you should see the folder where all your PS brushes live and the list of all the brushes in there. The file name will be Untitled Brushes.abr. Just change Untitled Brushes to name your brushes and then click save. Then you can call them up whenever you need them by loading them from the Brushes palette. When you want to upload them to Mediafire, click on Browse and go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Brushes and you should find your brushes in that directory. Just click on it and it should start to upload.
I hope this helps, but let me know if any of this is not clear and I'll try to explain a bit better or give more info. Good Luck.

Angie--x and Steph-xO, thank you both so much!!

I am always tickled pink when someone likes my stuff. I'm really thrilled when someone actually uses it. I appreciate the feedback and the nice words. Y'all take care! I've started another one right now, but I have to wait for the Celine muse to strike me for further inspiration on how to finish it.

Thank you, Ann. I value your opinion. I'm afraid I could not find a HQ version of this. The one I used came from the Gallery for this forum. However, I did find one a little bigger, so it might work better. I'm anxious to see what you do with it. I have a holiday theme wall in mind using this picture, but it needs to wait a little while. Anyway, here is the link to the bigger picture I found, though still not HQ.

Snowhite, I appreciate your feedback. I think I have always been fond of bright colors, so whenever I do one of these, I think I lean more to doing the lighter brighter colors, but I will keep this in mind when I do my next one. I may take this one and redo the coloring to give it a darker, deeper appearance and see if you prefer that one.
Ann, awww, thank you so much for the nice comment. Since I really love your work, I value your opinion greatly. So it means a lot to me when you say you like something I've done. It gives me encouragement to keep on trying. Since I've only started doing graphics earlier this year, I would like to think that I'm getting better at this. What do you think?
