I'm okay with sharing all these files, it's so great for us to be able to watch these shows. But the problem with me is that the program to open these files is not free, and the others I tried to download can't actually encode my RM files, so it's no use for me to download the videos, although there are very good (I guess so!!). So what can I do ? Could anyone encode the videos of the Multimedia section ? Can you give me some good weblinks for me encode the videos I'd so much love to watch ?

RM encoder is not free. wmv encode is free. you can try wmv.

To watch RM files you need Real Media Player..
The bad thing is that there IS a free player but the link is hidden on their site. Well not hidden but hard to find.

Heres a french link to get the free player:

If that link don't work, try this one:

When you install you'll need to put an email as your signature.
After that you can watch all Real media files for free.

You could use real alternative to watch .rm files. Download "media player class" and the addon to watch almost any type of media file.
