LIM wasn't a cd...

Judging by how sony is on their oh so jolly Dion milking spree, there surely will be a DVD/cd of the TC tour - her greatest hits included of course, since it's all about them AGAIN.  

Sadly, it will surely be from a French concert... most of her live releases are from French concerts - it's a real shame they didn't release the ACDS cd/DVD in English instead, it would had sold, Céline was on the top of her carreer then...
I am so tired of all live recordings being in French... We know that horrible JIOTI by now along with JSP,PQTME and the French medley acoustic by heart...

'Au Coeur Du Stade' is a great DVD but I wish their had been an English concert released alongside.
I saw her in Sheffield and the show was just incredible.

If there is a live album released of the tour I would hope they release a DVD too. My dream would be for them to film a concert in UK because then we met get songs like Think Twice etc, but this is unlikely. They would probably release a show from the US because the songs are more 'universal'.
Of course, I'd also like one of the Bercy concerts to be filmed but I don't see why they can't do two...
Essetially Celine will be touring with two albums and I have a feeling the French concerts will mainly be about D'ELLES.
Who knows: a live TC show from London and AND a D'ELLES show from Paris. Or an album recording of one and a DVD of the other?

I totally agree!! I attended the Dallas, TX concert stop of her LTAL tour and would have LOVED to have a DVD of the show in English... total screw up on their part.  Don't get me wrong, I ADORE my ACDS DVD & CD.

I think that they will probably tape it in England or Japan.... one of the stops where she will be spending several days.  My dream, of course, would be to tape the Tulsa concert   but my second choice (my REAL dream) would be one of the Japanese stops.  She would definately perform mainly in English, but would also sing in French and Japanese and that would be an AMAZING treasure to own on DVD!

One note : This tour is called the 'Taking Chances World Tour', not D'elles, so when the DVD is released, it will most likely NOT be in French.

That's a good point. If a DVD is made it will probably come from a venue where she performs more than once as they might want to film from several nights and edit accordingly. London/Manchester/Paris are all possibilities then. But Maybe Toronto, where there will be more of a mix of songs? I haven't checked for other dates and venues.
Of course, I'm hoping that they film a concert I have tickets for... Celine Live at the O2 London, does have a certain ring to it...! haha!

Uhu, let's just hope you're right on that theory about this being an English DVD...
I wouldn't mind having some songs of D'Elles live in the concert, but it would be way too risky to believe that a Franch concert would have the tracks I prefer - the space would probably be filled with tracks like Immesité, La Diva, Les Paradis, Femme Comme Chaq'une, J'Irais Ou Tu Iras, Quand On Na Que L'amour and Sous Le Vent, so no thanks.

And yea having Think Twice live on a DVD would be a dream, but the chance is... well if we get it then we must hope for it to be live... oh the nerves, the nerves...

So NO live in Paris this time, please, and america would be a bit plain so yea London or Japan would be a nice idea...

I think after the horror that was the Live in Las Vegas CD Celine should refrain a bit from live albums.  I'm sure her team will produce a DVD of some nature though.  Too soon to tell; no one really knows what her musical plans are after this tour.  In the meantime, I'm sure they will re-release many of her classics (including LTAL).

The horror that was LILV cd was mostly because of horrible track list... live albums are for fans, greatest hits extravaganca isn't the main interest for them, I made a topic about what songs fans really needed on the album before the tracklist was published and none of the most popular got included on the album (I Surrender, Seduces Me, Ammore Annasconutto)...

I want my french live album!!!    If it's not Paris... then Montreal!! Wouldn't it be great to have a live cd from her homeland?? And by the time it will be released it will be 10 years since a french live album!! So it's about time!!

I think she should release a English live album aswell.. to make up for the horrible AND...LIL!!! idroveallnight did you watch the AND dvd??? Did it even come close to the bad sound of the cd??

i know that this isn't technically possible, but a dvd from her french speaking tour stops and her english speaking tour stops would be nice. you know, one for the french-speaking fans and one for us english-speaking fans. The french get the french version of the tour and we get the version of the tour we'd see over here in the U.S. Makes perfect sense to me. AND YES TO A LIVE CD!!! EVER SINCE THE TRAVISTY THAT WAS AND...LILV CD, UGH!!!!

The world tour would be better off captured in a DVD than in a CD. Especially if it would come with the blurb "Relive The Highest-Grossing Tour In History By A Female Artist". Besides, albums don't sell that much anymore.

The tour's name has NOTHING to do about whether or not the album is released in French or English?  NOTE:  The LTAL tour CD was in French.

I personally hope for more of a LIVE FRENCH album, because D'ELLES kicks BUTT, but I wouldn't argue with both.

We wish for rare releases, and they act as if they were pals with Shaun the sheep and brings us rerelease after rerelease with nothing new on, only so we will finally hopefully stop asking for those things cozwe will find it's better being without than have those worthless rereleases...
