I'm sad because I never got a chance to go and experience the show that people say was the best they've ever seen.
I'm happy because Celine can finally look into new things instead sticking in Vegas for the rest of her life.

Right now the new album coming up is eating up all my excitement. I'll shed a tear by the end of the year.

I have all kinds of feelings. I was lucky enough to see the show twice. Once in 2005, and then again in 2006. I had tickets for March of this year, and she cancelled. I had hoped to get back before it closed, but it just didn't work out. So I'm kind of upset about not being able to see the changes in the show.
But, overall, I think this is a beautiful time to end it. She is "walking out" on top...leaving people wanting more and that's exactly what she needs to do. It was a brilliant career move, and she proved any disbelievers SO wrong. I couldn't be more proud of this show as a fan of hers. It brought her to a new level as an entertainer.
This show has helped her evolve, and I know she will bring that with her to future performances. So, even though I would have loved to see it just once more, I think it is a very good thing for her to end...and go on and see other parts of the world. And celebrate the age of 40 in a big way next year.

She's still young and has one of the best voices of all time! I want to see more TV specials, albums, videos, and interviews.
Perhaps in 20 years or so she'll want to go back to performing like she did. That would be cool with me.

I am very excited she's going back out on tour and getting herself "going" again. She's been in Vegas going on 5 years. Though I know she loves the show, I really think she is longing to do something else. Though the show has seemed great from the start to the near finish, its apparent she's getting tired of doing the same thing for over 700 times. She seems to be going through the motions sometimes, being a bit robotic. Who wouldn't after that long?
I am a bit nervous. I think after the world tour, she'll be taking a well deserved break. I just hope she decides to come back after that, as I know family is important to her. I guess the main thing is to enjoy the year to come
All of the promises broken..
And all of the songs left unsung...
Seem so far away as I make my way back to you.
You gave me faith and you gave me a world to believe in

Celine has given so much to us, to Las Vegas, to the dancers and all the employees. They have worked together for almost 5 years and now it's about to end. I know the final night will be very emotional for all of us.

Vegas was not a place I'd ever planned to visit but Céline changed that. I've seen the show a total of 10 times and if she was there for another 5 years I'd go back. As it is, I don't know if I'll ever return - and that makes me kinda sad because it's a great place!
Oh, and I'll miss the Celine Dion shop too

When she just started out, the three years seemed to be an eternity...we believed in her but did we have a clue how it was going to turn out? I expected a lot but I think this show has exceeded all my expectations, especially in the last year this show has been...just the best I've ever seen and it will probably stay the best and most beautiful I've ever seen.
By returning to Vegas to see the show every year, meeting new people and meeting up with old friends...it just has been magical. My biggest dream of meeting Céline came true there...and just be able to bump in to all the people that work with and for her...that's been one incredible experience.
The one small negative thing I felt sometimes that Céline seemed to be captured in her own succes, she kind of lost her artistic freedom because she was locked into this concept, she will be free from that now and I can't wait to see where she takes us...
I will probably cry my eyes out on the 15th of December, but it's time to leave and go on to the next thing.

It's been a full month since I last saw
And to be honest, Las Vegas will have no "luster" once she's gone. And she will be gone....
Surely she will never (NEVER) return to the desert and I only hope that she graces us with her presence (sp?) up here in Toronto in the near future.
In between AND shows I manged to lose my shirt at the blackjack tables (where the dealers showed no mercy at all- even the Shania Twain look-a-like at the Imperial).
So what's stopping me from driving down to Niagara Falls, where the casinos take U.S. $ at par (Canadian Sarcasm!), and then dragging my poverty-ridden buttocks (please see avatar) home to my own bed.
Well, all kidding aside.... I will miss my regular sojourns to Nevada to see my beloved Celine..
Anything you'd like to add ???
