I've been thinking the same way about the time of the tour as the other Finns... We seem to be like-minded over here! I would also love to be back by 4pm if we are to attend the dinner that day as well... Yes, us women need time!!    And with four in the same room it can get chaotic when showering and getting ready at the same time! It takes me an hour every day, and that's only to go to work. Here were are talking about Vegas so you can double the time!!

I don't think it is just the women who need time. I, for one, can testify to the fact that men also need time.

I want to support the idea of all of us being back at our hotels by 4PM.

We need time to look our best, and compete with the lights of Vegas!

Forgive me if this is a really dumb question - but where are we planning to go with the tour?

If it's only Hoover Dam area, we could leave at a reasonable hour and be back with enough time for everyone to take reallyyyy longgggg showers!

I know!  It is only $59!  It only last like 10 mins though...but still...I wanna do it!  We are going to, but I wanted to hear from someone who has done it!

I`m working on an itenirary with the tour company.
These are the possible ones so far:

1)  Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire and a 1 hour stop at Lake Las Vegas

2) Hoover Dam, 1 hour stop at Lake Las Vegas

3) Valley of Fire and Hoover dam with packed lunch

I'm glad to hear this a common thing so we don't need to go on the women's terms only!  

Jane, the itineraries sound good! I've been to Grand Canyon and Yosemite from Vegas before, but never to Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire or Lake Las Vegas, so I'm looking forward to this trip! My favourite out of the options listed is number 1 but any will be great and the majority rules!    

Friday sounds good. It's true that more people will be there then and some might have already recovered from the long flights etc.... (not sure about the previous night, though!   )

Has anyone been to Valley of Fire? any good? my dad is coming to visit tomorrow and we've already done hoover dam, red rock, lake las vegas... so maybe I should drag him there?   i really want to go to the grand canyon, but i don't think he'll be down..haha.

you can't get close to her house..there are gates and security, and to be honest with you...I don't even want to see her house so close. :/
Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful place, it's like tiny city by the lake..

Red Rock Canyon and Lake Las Vegas is another great alternative!

I know no one can get near Celine's house. But I heard Lake Las Vegas looks amazing, and I would want to see it, have lunch there, and then back to the Strip   Thank you for the pics, now I wanna see it even more   So, we're doing this, ok? We could rent a car... if someone here is a good driver
About the Red Canyon: I heard one can ride horses over there. I would love to do that! Feel like a cowgirl

The first one sounds good to me.  They don't let u see as much at Hoover Dam anymore, so it
won't be a long stop there.  It's VERY cool to see it though.  Friday would be OK for me too!

I loved the itinerary!!! I've always wanted to visit Lake Las Vegas and the picture made me get more excited than ever!!!  
The date: I'd really prefer Friday rather than Thursday, cause I don't know yet where I'm gonna stay in vegas, but I guess it's gonna be far from the strip... So I'd need much time to go back home, get ready and then come back! And I also prefer to miss classes on Fridays than on Thursdays (Don't ask me why cause I have no idea!   )

I'm SO VERY anxious about this trip and meeting all of you    Hope my visa really comes out!! I can't wait till September 21st!
