Does anyone know whether there is any truth in the following dates:

May 6, 2008 - London, United Kingdom, Millennium Dome
May 7, 2008 - Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, National Bowl
May 8, 2008 - London, United Kingdom, Millennium Dome
May 9, 2008 - London, United Kingdom, Millennium Dome
May 10, 2008 - London, United Kingdom, Millennium Dome
May 11, 2008 - London, United Kingdom, Millennium Dome
May 12, 2008 - Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, National Bowl

This is listed on Wikipedia (obviously i am aware of the reliability of Wiki) and sites http://www.londontic...eline-dion.html as its source.

It seems alot to perform 7 days straight and also to go from one place to another then return to the original place etc.

I live in Milton Keynes and am anxious to know if there is any truth in the National Bowl dates.

I remember reading about Céline performing at the Millennium Dome - I don't remember where I read about it though.  

I'll try to find where I read about it.

Milton Keynes sounds unlikely to me - I mean, Céline not being that popular in the UK makes me think she will only do major cities like London.  Not that I'm saying Milton Keynes doesn't deserve Céline!

Celine doing Milton Keynes is just like Robbie doing Knebworth. Knebworth aint a big city but has big crowds, like glastonbury isn't a big city but has a huge concert there. I think Celine playing the open air concert at the Milton Keynes bowl is a great idea. Huge event, 65,000 people it holds!

I hope she does more huge outdoor concerts, but only if the weather is good, unlike this year

I think every Céline fan from a newspaper is on vacation now. So are her European managers. Everyone is too lazy now to announce the tour. We will have to wait till September.

I'm hoping she does indoors but it looks like they are getting greedy again and its gonna be big stadiums.

You dont get the best of any singer in a stadium. Its always great to see the huge crowds and the atmosphere but the enjoyment people get is lessened. Its much better indoors seeing fantastic lights and having better sound and being closer.

Even more so with Celine she is a vocalist - a band can get away with a stadium or someone like Tina Turner but you really wanna hear every note of Celine,

Im sorry but I hate when people say Celine is not that popular in the uk, thats simply not true in the past 7 years she has had 3 top 5 albums (ANDHC No1 for 4 weeks) and 5 top 40 hits with no promotion what so ever except a one interview and an advert for miracle.

Celines tours have always sold out here and I think the same will happen this time. the only reason people think she is not popular in the uk is because there is no promotion from her team which means that unless you are looking for it people dont know she has released anything. Sonys fault again

I wouldn't mind if Celine was at the O2, I saw Prince there and it was a decent size stadium, not too big, not too small. You don't wanna be too close to the stage though, as if you are on the ground, the stage is usually about 6ft high and you will miss the visual impact of the lighting. The 1st stand is ideal, like in the colloseum, you are still fairly close, but can get to see everything. If she plays two or more venues, I will try to see one show from each of them.

I would also love to see her in Paris!

I know, i've been watching the website since 8:30am this morning and still nothing.

Any ideas as to when and where it will happen? Will it be on TV?

I hate waiting!!!   But am so excited about the thought of seeing Celine live again!

I just hope that after all the waiting the UK dates are actually happening and not just some cruel rumour!

ok, so im here in the states but ive been looking into coming to the uk to see celine. i would love to go with another celine fan (none of my friends are). if anybody is interested let me know.
