Celine should come to the Philippines. It may not be as rich as some countries but it has a formidable elite populace that makes sure to patronize EVERY important socio-cultural event. Tickets to the Beyonce and Josh Groban concerts here in Manila went as high as $500 but they were bloody sold out. There was even a boxing match that charged as much as $1200 per ticket but that too was a rousing success.
